27/12/2025: The heating was off, the pizza was burnt, the fries were finished, the beer was finished, the sauces were finished.
The waitresses were embarrassed to have to keep denying our every legitimate request.
At checkout, we rightly asked for a discount for all the shortcomings...naturally, that was denied too! The lady at the cashier was quite annoyed...
Never again!

27/12/2025: When we arrived, the place was completely COLD. They expected the oven to heat the room, but obviously that wasn't the case. It was 40 degrees outside, 8 degrees. We asked for fries, but they didn't have any. They didn't have any sauces, and they were all sold out of beer. We asked for a discount at the cashier. Obviously not, because the lady told us they had just reopened from the Christmas holidays. So what? If you don't have the stuff, don't open! Poor waitresses...

23/05/2024: Pessimo servizio. È stato servito il gelato come "senza glutine" a una ragazzina di 12 anni, senza assicurarsi minimamente che lo fosse leggendo gli ingredienti. Sono tornata io per assicurarmi di quanto detto a mia figlia e come volevasi dimostrare, praticamente tutti i gusti che servono contengono glutine !!! Se si apre una gelateria, mi sembra il minimo fare formazione e soprattutto dare al cliente le giuste informazioni, a prescindere dall'età!!! Con la celiachia non si scherza !!!
