12/02/2025: For me the best Roman restaurant for value for money. It's difficult to find restaurants that serve such quantities of pasta at such honest prices. However, you must remember that you come here for the pasta. Most of the appetizers are frozen, just as the desserts are not all home-made. There are a couple of seconds. Throw yourself into a cacio e pepe with homemade maccheroncini or an excellent Carbonara.

14/02/2025: Valentine's Day dinner. Menu as per attached photo. Truly excellent welcome and starters. Fresh and very good fish. First course served with a lot of water/sauce, little flavor and not well balanced. It looks uninviting. Terrible second course. Croaker with a too strong flavour, not pleasant in any case. Not even finished. Good dessert, but excessively thick pink chocolate, when eating it it immediately detached itself from the mousse underneath. Other serious shortcomings: 1- finished bread basket and no one noticed bringing another one. 2- finished water before dessert. No one asked if we wanted more. Water was included on the menu. 3- the worst. Let's finish the second course. The waiter arrives, moves the plates, serves us the croaker again without realizing... we point it out. He leaves in a hurry because he makes a fool of himself. 4- our desserts made at least 2 rounds between the tables before arriving at their destination. Embarrassing. 5- we waited for the second course for 30 minutes...since it didn't come out of the kitchen much, it must have been in trouble. 6- finesse. We don't have coffee. But at least offer a bitter?? 7- I had booked making it clear that my wife has celiac disease... not even 2 breadsticks for her 😕 Something has changed, for the worse though. Years ago it was a point of reference for everything. Maybe change of management. However the waiters were really embarrassing and unprepared. Sin. The menu should make cooking easier and guarantee higher quality. Given the above, €150 menu cost for 2 people seems excessive to me. Small portions and some dishes turned out badly. I do not recommend!

28/01/2025: Historic restaurant on the outskirts of Nerviano, it has practically always been there, good quality and always impeccable service.

09/02/2025: Siamo stati in 4 persone un aperitivo. Cocktail ben fatti purtroppo con l'aperitivo ci hanno portato 6 olive (contate), un'invisibile porzione di chips e un pugnetto di mini grissini. Dopo avere visto i costosi prezzi del menù abbiamo deciso di andare a cena da un'altra parte. Sicuramente non ci torneremo

26/10/2024: Posto piccolo e ben curato negli interni, non il classico ristorante da 200posti! l'arredamento molto curato e i colori suggestivi lo rendono molto carino per una cena di coppia. Il ragazzo che gestisce la sala è molto bravo, spiega ogni piatto che viene servito e consiglia anche quale vino abbinare in base ai piatti scelti, si vede quando il lavoro che fai ti piace! I piatti sono preparati con la scelta di materie prime di ottimo livello, dai gamberi rossi di elevata pezzatura ai contrasti di sapore delle tartare di tonno e ombrina. Vengono utilizzati dei prodotti che sono stati sferificati come le acciughe del cantabrico che in bocca esplodono in un sapore unico o al wasabi sferificato sul sashimi di salmone che da un contrasto perfetto al piatto. Ottima l'esecuzione del piatto con il polpo a 2 cotture che dimostra tutta la bravura dello chef che si conferma pochi minuti dopo con i primi davvero sublimi!Bravi! Torneremo volentieri!

18/09/2024: Il locale si presenta moderno e curato, personale preparato e premuroso. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione, incuriositi dalla descrizione dei piatti sul menù. Purtroppo però siamo rimasti un po’ delusi in quanto le porzioni risultavano veramente misere e nei sapori mancava quella spinta in più che avrebbe bilanciato le aspettative create dalla lettura del menù.
