Point 1: You can't bring your own cake, not even from a bakery. You have to order it from them, as they sell it for €5 a slice. Point 2: You're not allowed to bring packaged sweets. Everywhere I've thrown parties, I've always brought my own cake (it's been this way since the dawn of time). If it's a matter of service responsibility, in this case the ingredients weren't on display. The sweets were mash mallows (which children often love), which they don't sell. Total paid €263.00 for 10 children, 17 slices of cake, 3 Spritz, 3 non-alcoholic drinks, and 2 glasses of Prosecco. I believe that customer satisfaction comes first for those in the business, especially since good publicity brings in more customers. In this case, I left feeling very dissatisfied, not with the location but with the treatment and all those rules: cake, sweets, and so on, seemed like just a commercial pretext to me.
