20/10/2025: It's not easy to explain what Luis's gelato is, because it's a combination of so many things. So I'll just say: go try it, sit back, and enjoy the sweetness of life.
10/10/2025: Beautiful gelato, creamy, not too sweet and every flavour I tried was the bomb. I especially liked malaga and pistachio. Owner a true gentleman. You can buy your gelato and go down to the quiet waterfront with benches to enjoy it. Loved it 10/10

25/12/2025: We had dinner on Christmas Eve. They reserved a beautiful room for us, and the service and helpfulness were impeccable.
The seafood dinner was truly delicious, all topped off with such kindness and cordiality.
You made our evening wonderful.

21/02/2026: As soon as we entered, the fireplace lit up and immediately warmed the room. So many aromas filled the air. The smell of delicious things... as soon as we entered, a grill blazed inside the giant fireplace... what can I say? Meat, sausages, and porcini mushrooms were grilling calmly and peacefully... it was our first time at Crotto, but we'll be back, confident of finding these same aromas and flavors again... all the pasta is fresh that day... the aroma of chestnut tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms is worth the trip. Thank you for the welcome, with bubbles and crostini. And the smiles were free...

02/03/2026: Wonderful experience. The direct view of the lake made our lunch unforgettable. The cuisine is top-notch: appetizers, first courses, and second courses were all excellent. Special mention goes to the staff, who were professional and very friendly. The quality-price ratio was good for this type of restaurant. We will definitely be back.
16/02/2026: A charming place with a veranda directly overlooking the lake.
The service is always attentive and friendly, and the lakeside dishes are delicious and tasty.

25/11/2025: A 10. We stopped on the way to make some pancakes and toast and coffee, 4 coffees, 2 toasts and 1 pancakes 20 euros, everything was delicious.
03/11/2025: We had a coffee stop on our way back to Milano airport at this little place and I forgot a brand new jacket there… After arriving to our final destination and when I realised it, I called them straight away to ask if they found it. It happen they did and they were really into helping me getting it back… finally : they sent it back to me to France 🥹🥹🥹 Matteo, who was my first interlocutor, was more than great 🙏 He really wanted to help me and he did!
Beside their kindness, the place is very cute and is in a very good location if you want an easy stop near the lake (they even have their own parking lot!)

14/02/2026: Just a few minutes from the lake, there's no need to wait in lines. The focaccia is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, happy to advise and recommend their specialties.
The price for a coffee and brioche is very reasonable at €2.
I totally recommend checking it out!

01/01/2026: We went to get some pizzas to take away, which I don't have photos of because they were so good that even the photo made us unable to resist. They also served us very well and gave us recommendations for our trip. 100% recommended place. I'm attaching what I have left, the ticket. 4 pizzas, two soft drinks and a beer. Good profit
11/11/2025: We ended up here quite by accident, as all the other local restaurants were already closed at that hour. Although the place looked unassuming, the pizza was definitely better than what we'd had at more expensive restaurants. We definitely recommend it!
