01/01/2025: We arrived without booking, the place was almost empty and over time it filled up. Friendly staff but disconcerting waiting times: we ordered three first courses, two side dishes and a dessert, certainly quality products but with several flaws, for example the cream that accompanied the cake was completely liquid. In addition to the long wait and having to call the staff back to order twice, the place was cold, not to mention the bathroom, which was freezing and can be reached by passing through an open corridor...

02/12/2024: Ieri ci siamo stati a pranzo ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. I piatti ersno molto originali e spaziavano dalla carne al pesce. Abbiamo preso tutti piatti differenti fra antipasti e primi ed erano veramente buoni e meravigliosamente impiattati. Il personale sempre presente al momento giusto

25/09/2024: An unexpected piadina with many combinations without losing quality, fresh and original ingredients, excellent for a quick but tasty lunch break. The owners are friendly and nice and the place (with car parking) is very quiet and accessible. Overall recommended with 5 stars and more!

30/09/2024: All smoke and a lot of rudeness. "The Smoking Dragon's Lair", a pub that takes 40 minutes to prepare a dish, despite the fairly moderate clientele. I ordered a beer and two appetizers; the draft beer is good (thank goodness), the appetizers should have accompanied the beer for a nice evening, but they arrived after almost an hour (and it's not the first time this has happened, from what I've read). The owner welcomes you, at first glance, in a kind manner, but in the long run you notice that he does not have kind tones. I don't understand why they don't charge with separate accounts, given that by law a place cannot refuse. I give 2 stars for the beer and for the waiters clearly underpaid by the two main tavern keepers.

29/06/2024: Ambiente accogliente, pulito e soprattutto ricercato. Attenzione nei particolari della location e soprattutto nella scenografia della tavola, altrettanta attenzione e cura viene rivolta ai commensali che si sentono accolti in un ambiente schietto e gradevole. Cibo ottimo, servito con eleganza e raffinatezza, gentilezza e professionalità da parte del personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ci tengo a sottolineare l’ottima qualità del cibo curato sia sotto l’aspetto gastronomico che nell’arte del servizio dei piaggi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

04/06/2024: Ristorante collocato in posizione strategica e vista sull’affascinante castello di Soncino con arredamento minimalista, ottima accoglienza e servizio attento. Menù senza specifica attenzione agli ingredienti o piatti tipici ma la bilanciata selezione di piatti, in un mix sapiente di salumi, carne, pesce e vegetali, può soddisfare ogni palato. Seguendo i consigli della cordiale ed attenta padrona di casa, sfilano davanti impiattamenti mai banali pur senza scadere mai nel virtuosismo fine a se stesso. Eccellente cura generale nella preparazione e nella qualità delle materie prime. Se cercate la classica osteria cremonese a base di bolliti, mostarde, tortelli e marubini, non è questo il posto. Ma l’obiettivo è un ristorante di qualità, senza eccessi di prezzo o di pretese di lusso senza sostanza, Il Mulino San Giuseppe dice la sua di fronte a chiunque. Assolutamente consigliato
