16/09/2025: An interesting place to eat something good when visiting this beautiful town

07/09/2025: We had lunch at the Antica Rocca restaurant, located right next to the Rocca di Soncino. The very kind lady helped us choose the menu. The tagliolini al limone were delicious: the fresh, homemade pasta was delicate yet beautifully enveloped in a bold lemon sauce. The eggplant parmigiana ravioli were filled with intense eggplant flavor, layered in a delicate cheese sauce, and topped with a drizzle of tomato and basil oil that further enhanced the aroma: truly exquisite. The cod was harmoniously balanced by the underlying sauce and the crispy basil-flavored breading. And finally, the snails à la bourguignonne were absolutely extraordinary. We'll definitely be back!

07/10/2025: A truly charming place, with friendly staff and prompt service. Excellent menu options that vary between weekdays and weekends. Excellent wine selection by the glass.

05/10/2025: Historic and meticulously maintained setting, a few very refined and expensive dishes, we waited exactly an hour and a half between the appetizer and the main course, which we only received under pressure. Is this a punishment for those who go to a wine shop and don't order wine?! To apologize, they discounted our €2 off the €62 (!)

17/08/2025: We went to Bar Bacco da Seta for breakfast and were very pleased. The place is well-kept, welcoming, and has a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. The counter was stocked with croissants, homemade cakes, and many tempting options. The cappuccino was creamy and well-made, with that extra touch that makes all the difference. The staff is friendly and immediately puts you at ease, always with a smile. A short break turned into a pleasant and relaxing moment. We'll be happy to return!

28/09/2025: We were in the area for work and based on the reviews, we stopped. Total disappointment. The place was nice, but the food was disappointing: the flavors clashed and perhaps not even fresh. Spent a lot. Never again.

21/06/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una serata davvero speciale: il cibo è stato delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e ricco di sapori autentici, ed il personale, sempre gentile, sorridente e attento, senza mai risultare invadente ha reso il servizio impeccabile, da far sentire ogni ospite davvero importante. Bellissimo il ristorante, nei pressi del castello di Soncino. Qui si respira passione, accoglienza e qualità, per una bellissima cena con amici speciali a base di ottimo cibo. Torneremo sicuramente!

04/09/2025: Best pizza in town and nearby. Whenever I’m in Soncino, I eat at least once at Grotta Azzurra - or twice a week. Great pizzas, they’re super delicious, freshly made, just minutes in the oven and always on point - great place!
