04/05/2025: Excellent accommodation in an excellent location overlooking Lago di Como. Incredibly nice owners, staff and all the attendants. Breakfast was fantastic. From the first moment we felt "welcome" here and that is very important. We will be happy to repeat.

The food is very good, with well-prepared dishes and homemade flavors that are worth it. The service can be a little slow, so it's best to go slowly. The owner is peculiar, but attentive. The price is reasonable for the quality and location. In general, a different and recommended experience if you are looking for something authentic and with personality.

26/04/2025: Even though it is in an area that doesn't offer much, the hotel is very convenient for those traveling along Via Francisca. The structure is a little dated, but offers everything you need. Clean room, varied and plentiful breakfast. Kind and attentive staff.

22/04/2025: It is a beautiful place, immersed in the tranquility of Pian di Spagna. The service is extremely courteous and attentive. Don't miss the pear and bitto dumplings: unsurpassed! April 2025 update: we now know that Berlinghera is one of our "family" places, but there is never a limit to the surprises. On the occasion of Easter, we found ourselves in need of staying there for one night, but what a beauty the rooms on the second floor were, completely renovated, small but sincere, well kept, clean, well-kept (those doors are beautiful!) and the serenity that pervades you when you wake up in the morning - after a night on a fabulous mattress - open the shutters and find yourself facing the sun and the mist rising from the Mera and the lake... Other places, other rhythms, something different to the unhealthy fast habits of the city. And then we start well with the sweet and savory breakfast with freshly cut raw meat and local cheeses. It may be a two star, but, given how good it makes you feel, it deserves a "five luxury". Special mention to Mrs. Gabriella.
