We had dinner at Pizzeria Spluga in Sorico and were truly thrilled.
The pizza is truly excellent, one of the best I remember ever eating. Light dough, fresh ingredients, and well-matched. The service is quick but always attentive, with friendly and helpful staff.
The value for money is also excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The hospitality is genuine and the place is welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening or with friends.
A must-visit if you're in the area!
Being a Gin Tonic lover, I'd add a couple of labels of Gin if I may.

23/09/2025: We were only there for dinner because our apartment was a two-minute walk away.
The starter was already really good, and the main course topped it off. Very tasty food.
The service staff spoke a little German, which was absolutely sufficient.
We'd be happy to go back 😀

20/09/2025: Those who enjoy secluded spots with splendid lake views and aren't afraid of driving on narrow, winding mountain roads will definitely enjoy this place. The breakfast is fabulous, and could easily double as lunch. The owners are friendly and courteous. Recommended.
15/09/2025: My partner and I stayed one night and received a wonderful welcome.
We had dinner there in the evening, with homemade cuisine, albeit limited in choice, but of high quality.
A breathtaking setting overlooking the mountains and the lake.
A very generous breakfast, very attentive staff.
The room corresponds to the description.
Even though we didn't have a balcony, the owner arranged a terrace area so we could also have a beautiful view.
A complete change of scenery. We were traveling around the lake on a motorcycle. I recommend this establishment.

28/08/2025: I've known the Dascio area for many years but had never stayed at Hotel Berlinghera, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise.
The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort.
The food is excellent; I recommend the various seafood dishes.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
For those unfamiliar with the area, I recommend taking a tour.
I will definitely be back.
17/08/2025: I was spontaneously put up here because my original hotel messed up my booking.
My room was clean, a bit rustic, but nice. It was very warm; unfortunately, there's no air conditioning. Towards the evening, however, a slight breeze picked up, so it was a bit drafty.
The breakfast was excellent! A table was already set for each guest with a delicious selection of rolls, croissants, and spreads, as well as fresh fruit and juice. I was also offered cheese, ham, and fresh coffee.
In the morning, you are woken up somewhat unexpectedly, but very pleasantly, by the neighboring church, which starts its chimes at 7 a.m.

12/10/2025: The place is a bit neglected compared to a few years ago. Service is a bit distracted for the restaurant's standard. (Cobwebs on the shelves) The menu could be improved, not a single dish was adequate. The prices are decidedly high. I'm disappointed because a few years ago we had a good experience. Everything needs improvement, and that's coming from someone who's worked in the industry all their life. I'm sorry, but...

13/07/2025: Siamo arrivati alle 21.36 di una serata di luglio, piena stagione. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile mangiare qualcosa, 2 persone, e il cameriere guardando l'orologio e sbuffandoci chiaramente in faccia ha risposto ci avrebbe apparecchiato. Avremmo potuto andarcene, ma sono quei frangenti ai quali non si é preparati. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze, io in particolare la Livignasca, con bresaola rucola e scaglie di grana, chiedendo se possibile di sostituire la bresaola con il prosciutto crudo. Quando ci hanno servito, tanta rucola e il prosciutto si vedeva appena, apposto in piccoli pezzettini. Alle 22.45 circa, mentre stavamo bevendo il caffè, la musica é stata spenta, spente le luci e chiuse le tende. Chiaro messaggio. Ci alziamo per andare a pagare e il conto comprende il prezzo della pizza Livignasca con bresaola 13,00€ e l'aggiunta di prosciutto crudo 2,50€. Fatto notare... non sto a discutere. Pago e ce ne andiamo per mai più tornarci.
20/04/2025: Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Dünner Teig sehr gut. Der Preis ist richtig günstig. Salat und Dessert waren auch sehr gut. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

17/05/2025: Pessimo lo spaccio. Il titolare nell'incartare il formaggio lo ha fatto cadere a terra...non ha fatto nessun cenno lo ha preso reincarnato e messo nel sacchetto. Comportamento scorretto.... oltretutto senza neanche scusarsi. Non posso immaginare cosa succede in cucina
