09/08/2024: Good food, really bad service, a very rude and opinionated Turkish waiter treated the whole table badly, he pretended not to hear my orders several times, and when he heard them he still didn't bring me what I asked for unless I insisted 3 times, and then having insisted he treated me rudely the rest of the evening out of spite.
He severely scolded people who ordered and made inappropriate comments.
Ultimately good food but I will never again come and be mistreated by a waiter who in 42 years in Italy has not even learned the basics of workplace education. (and I know he has been in Italy for 42 years because he forced us to listen to the unsolicited story of his life)
24/07/2024: Decent restaurant for lunch breaks, good food, but they bring the dishes too quickly. I went in at 12 and left at 1230!

28/07/2024: Very kind as always, dream dishes both local and general. The beautiful and different animals. Pond full of water lilies and water turtles. Truly beautiful and worth visiting. You feel pampered! Nice to be visited by families and children!
We always go with our guests too!
I highly recommend!

Dai prezzi eccessivi, alla pizza falsa e cara come prezzo, il vino al calice servito senza un minimo di info su cosa si sta bevendo, al vostro personale di una gentilezza falsa e maleducata che commenta i clienti

21/12/2023: I agree with other reviews that talk about the lack of hygiene in the restaurant kitchen, I saw food being handled without gloves, very rude waiters (without the desire to work), a chef (if you can call him that) cursed and said bad words and then he had a good laugh. Very heavy and pre-cooked food.
A scene that struck me was when they burned a dish and, in order not to do it again, they removed the burnt parts with their hands (without gloves) directly from the dish that was going to the customer. What a shame!! But where is the hygiene office?

26/03/2024: A pizza with a story. We had a take out pizza, but was really nice to read about the history of pizza while waiting for the pizzas to be prepared. Very charming place.

21/05/2024: We often stop at this Beretta and I must say that we like it very much.
Despite the many people, the service is fast and streamlined, the products are of excellent quality and the staff is always smiling and kind.
I recommend it to everyone, Tina Beretta is a certainty!
09/02/2024: Pane e prodotti buoni che vengono consegnati dal beretta centrale ottimi ma la focaccia e ciò che viene scaldato nel punto vendita di Grandate è sempre cotto sopra, crudo e unto sotto immangiabile, spero questa recensione aiuti a risolvere il problema così da poter mangiare la focaccia ogni giorno anziché buttarla o non comprarla.
