I'm a regular customer at Doppio00 in Albese con Cassano. The products are exceptional, both savory and sweet. Besides being my trusted baker, I've ordered pans of pizza or focaccia, savory brioches, and pretzels on several occasions. Even cakes, which have amazed me with their deliciousness, often receiving rave reviews from guests.
I stop at Doppio00 in Albese even just for a coffee (even though it's almost impossible to resist the temptation of a slice of carrot cake or a brioche). When you enter a shop like this, it feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, yet equally attentive and professional.

13/12/2025: Disappointment!
I ordered 25 mini filled croissants: in front of the guests, I unwrapped them and found a tray with dark, shapeless lumps of burnt puff pastry, so much so that the filling had dried out and had no flavor (except for the burnt quality).
Among the 25, I also found some ordinary pretzels (probably to make up the number) that I hadn't asked for and that they didn't tell me about!
I don't know if this is just the Albese location or if the service and production have changed at all the locations: it's a shame because I trusted them...
There are other bakeries: I definitely won't choose this one again!

Even though I ordered this cake from abroad for my mom's 50th birthday, I trusted them and their professionalism, and I have nothing more to add. I had two really tasty brioches, very fast service, and a very fair price.
There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, so go if you're in the area.

10/01/2026: The dough is delicious, but it's a shame that if you ask for just meat, you get empty kebabs. Rather than adding more meat, since it's just one ingredient, they add the same amount but without the rest. So, you're getting an empty piadina and paying the same as the others. If you order it, specify that it be filled. Otherwise, it's good.
12/10/2025: They're very kind and helpful, and delivery is always on time.

07/05/2025: Locale carino abbiamo preso 2 menù operaio un normale piatto di pasta non abbondante anzi misero tra l’altro senza grana ovvero te lo mettono loro e non ti portano il grana sul tavolo una volta arrivato il secondo ovviamente senza condimenti li mettono loro e non hai nemmeno la possibilità di metterli te quanto ne vuoi ma la casa più assurda alla richiesta di una vaschetta di pane il proprietario ha risposto e il 2 che mi chiedete molto arrabbiato il proprietario è un gran maleducato che non sa comportarsi con le persone peccato perché il cibo non era niente male ma lo sconsiglio conviene che il proprietario cambi atteggiamento o lavoro perché non può rispondere così a dei clienti che il caffè apparte 2 menù 26 euro LASCIATE STARE.
22/01/2025: Si mangia come a casa!! Pulizia, disponibilità da parte della super Caterina! Cosimo dirige e Domenico fa ottime pizze. Prezzo qualità da 10 e lode!!!

12/01/2025: Top endroit pour manger des pâtisseries locales, vraiment pas cher. Nous avons payé 12 euros pour 4 pâtisseries et 2 cappuccino.
Je vous recommande vraiment, c’est super bon.
