12/10/2025: Finding a great restaurant is like finding a rare gem... and we found it in Soiano. Villa Aurora appears discreet from the outside, but inside it reveals an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. We began with appetizers: their specialty, the mushroom tart with Bagoss cheese sauce, absolutely delicious; smoked duck breast with Parmesan tart, a delicate first course and a flavorful second course; a classic octopus with potatoes and fish-stuffed zucchini flowers with cream cheese, a risky but successful combination. We shared homemade spaghetti alla chitarra with duck ragù that literally melted in your mouth. The main courses began with a guinea fowl crusted with vegetables, flavorful and crispy; the sautéed kidney, enriched by cooking it with apples and Calvados, leaving it soft and flavorful; all washed down with white wine (Lugana) and then red wine (Lagrein). We couldn't resist trying their desserts. Let's leave aside the starred presentation and move on to the flavor... absolutely delicious and tasty, from the fresh fruit salad with ice cream to the puff pastry tart with strawberries, Chantilly cream, and hazelnut cream, a classic flavor with a modern twist. Coffee and after-dinner drinks served with homemade pastries... everything so perfect, it reached excellence. Unfortunately, the October weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor patio... it will be an excuse to return during the summer season 🤗

29/09/2025: There were ten of us and we had lunch on a Sunday. The appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, and wines were all truly delicious!!! Generous, carefully prepared, and flavorful dishes! The staff was attentive and extremely kind! All at a very reasonable price! What can I say.... COMPLIMENTS!

27/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff. You can eat inside and outside. Large selection of pizza dishes, unfortunately not much in the way of pasta dishes. However, the pizza is particularly tasty. We'll be back! :)
12/09/2025: A real surprise!!! An excellent pizza!!!! We went here on the recommendation of the owners of the B&B where we were staying and they were really pleased... an exceptional pizza 🍕 with top-quality ingredients. The dough was perfect!!!! We'll definitely be back. AAA+

Preis- Leistung passt nicht.
Hotel wird als Top-Hotel verkauft, stimmt nicht, mehr als Drei Sterne ist es nicht.
Pool-Handtücher gibt es nur nach Diskussion. Poolbar ist nicht immer besetzt.
Wasserpumpe an zwei Tagen defekt.
Getränke Abends nur wenn Personal da ist.
ServicePersonal ist nur für Kaffeezubereitung da, zwischendurch gebrauchtes Geschirr abräumen wird überbewertet.
Hotel wird gerade runter gewirtschaftet. Das angrenzende Restaurant ist geschlossen und verwahrlost.

14/02/2025: Pranzo a S.Valentino con il mio compagno inserito panino senza salsa mi è arrivato con le salse che avevo tolto dall’ordine in app, inoltre la dipendente con i capelli neri Latina con il rossetto rosso mi ha aggredito verbalmente e c’è ne siamo andati senza mangiare; quando poi al drive ho ricomprato lo stesso panino senza salse me l ha dato in malo modo senza neanche salutare con pure il bacon crudo, a quel punto ho rifatto il giro e ho comunicato che il panino aveva gli ingredienti crudi, mi ha risposto scocciata e me l’ha rifatto il ragazzo genitilissimo.
Vorrei anche sottolineare il modo non consono che in episodi precedenti ha utilizzato la dipendente sopra citata con il mio compagno. Cosa che ci ha fatto rimaner un po’ chiariti…

Oil Bar & Bistró Frantoio Manestrini

17/06/2025: Wir haben die Ölmühle Manestrini im Rahmen eines Events besucht und hatten hohe Erwartungen – leider wurden diese nur teilweise erfüllt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist definitiv die Bruschetta, die geschmacklich überzeugte und qualitativ sehr gut war. Auch die Inhaberin hinterließ einen sympathischen und kompetenten Eindruck, was zunächst Zuversicht gab.
Leider ließ der Service stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Organisation wirkte chaotisch, das Personal überfordert und unkoordiniert. Auf unsere Desserts und den Kaffee mussten wir über 45 Minuten warten – letztlich sind wir gegangen, ohne beides zu erhalten. In dieser Hinsicht war der Besuch enttäuschend.
Gerade bei einem Event, bei dem viele Gäste gleichzeitig betreut werden müssen, sollte das Personal entsprechend geschult und vorbereitet sein. Hier besteht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf.
Fazit: Ein Ort mit Potenzial, ansprechendem Ambiente und guter Produktqualität – jedoch überschattet von einem unprofessionellen Serviceerlebnis, das den Gesamteindruck stark beeinträchtigt hat.
25/05/2025: Abbiamo partecipato all’evento “ceramica & brunch”, è stato tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza alla simpatia del personale. Il brunch è stato abbondante e i prodotti davvero ottimi con attenzione e opzioni anche per intolleranti e vegani. Bravissimi
