11/10/2025: After last week's positive experience at La Fontanella by Mrs. Gianna in Cidivale Mantovano, we've landed at La Fossa di Pavone Mella. A welcoming atmosphere, quality food, impeccable service, and high levels of professionalism. Next week, we're planning on serving casoncellata at La Violy; we'll keep you updated.
