13/02/2025: The menu is excellent, frequented several times for breakfast, the pancakes are good and the smoothies too. The only flaw is the SLIGHTLY long waiting times and the price which is also slightly above average in my opinion. For the rest I recommend.

10/03/2025: Cozy, family-run place. It offers various menu proposals for lunch and dinner. I often go for my work lunch break, they are quick and lunch is satisfying but doesn't weigh you down! Convenient, tasty, fresh products mostly produced by them. Advise!

10/04/2025: Do you have a problem with one of their services? It doesn't concern the director. I won the McDonald's Minecraft competition, but when I collected the prize with the receipt, the manager told me that she couldn't give it to me. The reason? A bug in the app does not show the "Collect your prize" option, even though the app itself confirms that I have won. I would like to point out that it is not my responsibility: they sell a product that includes the possibility of winning a prize, so when that prize is actually won, it is their duty to deliver it and that it is the point of sale's duty to find a solution. But I am told that "there is nothing I can do about it", placing the blame on the application, as if the problem did not concern it, that there are other days to participate in the competition again. All this by shifting the responsibility onto others, leaving me without a reward and without any alternative, asking if they can speak to the management of McDonald's I was told a firm no and that I have to make do. Congratulations for your professionalism, for your problem solving and for your careless attitude towards the customer.

06/04/2025: Average breakfast for Italian bars!

13/03/2025: Even though there were only 7 of us customers, I ate a white pizza instead of a red one and even though I told the waiter, he didn't say anything. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn't send it back. The result is very dry but crunchy

07/03/2025: We booked a table at the Milan pizza restaurant for 8pm and arrived on time. The place was not crowded, there were several free tables, so we expected a quick and organized service. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but positive. After an hour they took orders for pizzas, we waited much longer than expected, even though the place wasn't full. But the real disaster came at dessert time: at 10.10pm we were still waiting, despite having called the waiter several times. The staff seemed totally disinterested in our requests and the service was extremely slow and unattentive. It's a real shame to see a pizzeria with a certain reputation fall so low in terms of management and service. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will never return.
