Luckily, you can't delete reviews on Google Maps like on Booking or other sites. Nowhere does it say that the collation is in another place and that you have to use it. It's true that you got on, and at that moment you stopped, let's also say what you said to me "I can't stay here waiting for I don't know how long and it's not like you can call me at one in the morning because I've been working all day" let's say everything if we really want to report It would be correct to inform you that the breakfast is not on site but you are given a ticket and you have to go to the town to a bar, which is very inconvenient for me, but by now you have paid and you are forced to suffer the inconvenience, if there were clear information one decides first whether to book there or choose another structure. The room (1 in my case) very clean, soft towels, warm room and bathroom etc. nothing to say about cleanliness and hygiene, indeed compliments. but for €100 per night (out of season among other things) I would also expect to have the quality of the €100 room at least a real bed in the room instead of a bed base in the corner with a mattress on it + a certain tranquility and silence at night, I won't say absolute but not with refrigerator engines that start every so often throughout the night, in practice there is no way to fall asleep at a decent time. At a certain point it sounded like I heard a helicopter, they told me that the kitchen hood was faulty and they stopped it. until the restaurant is closed and I finish arranging and cleaning etc. the noise heard from underneath is too loud, stop the hood somewhere there is some equipment (probably refrigerator compressors) that makes noise and echoes throughout the room, it is not very loud but in the silence of the night it is very annoying especially because it starts and stops every so often during the night, if you fall asleep at the moment that I am stop well otherwise you have to wait I understand that they can't be stopped but it doesn't seem right to me to suffer these inconveniences, the owner told me "It's not like I can turn off the refrigerators and all the rooms are full, I don't know how to help you, I don't live here but in 20 years no one has ever complained" It is said that it was €40/50 per night, I paid what I paid, never mind but for €100 per night, honestly the expectations are very different. I've been traveling for 15 years and I've seen some hotels/motels/b&bs, just to make it clear that this isn't the first time in a facility.
