16/07/2025: I visited Gianico for the first time, accompanied by locals from Darfo Boario Terme. It's a wonderfully charming little village with a truly friendly atmosphere, which is authentically reflected in the Osteria di Bacco. Outstanding dishes, many of which are made with local produce, prepared and presented with loving attention to detail. Homemade. It was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were very warm and accommodating! Plus, there's a cozy atmosphere in the vaulted cellar, reminiscent of a grotto. I don't need to say anything about the wine—top quality! The dessert, varied and freshly prepared by the 87-year-old mother—is excellent! The prices—absolutely attractive! Many thanks to the hosts—please keep up the good work!

09/08/2025: The food was good and plentiful. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that it's not a place for birthday parties. I celebrated my birthday there and the service was disappointing, it was basically a DIY experience. There was no birthday atmosphere at all. In fact, when we said we were ready for the cake, they said, "We're coming!" Annoying.

05/08/2025: What an absurd place....it seems like a toyland, the food is divine, exaggerated portions....and then Mario arrives, a character worth knowing 😂💪🥳
