I've been there several times before writing, I have to say that I wasn't convinced, what for them is Stracotto for me is a simple braised meat, pasta alla matriciana definitely not, baked turkey with the skin still soft, no, bad taste.
Nice place, I just hope that the à la carte menu is better, as for the business menu I can't recommend it.

07/05/2025: We still hit our stride on the Spigolo and didn't get hurt this time either. On the contrary! Despite our (unfair) reputation as thugs we were welcomed with kindness and friendliness. The Disco Volante pizza is a pleasant certainty as is the victory obtained in the nearby sports hall. 🏀 At the beginning of the season we mark the trip to Carpenedolo on the calendar to enjoy this pleasant post-race place. Highly recommended. Again.

Pizzeria piadineria la rustica di Carpenedolo

10/06/2025: Passing through Carpenedolo, I stop at this takeaway pizzeria that also presents itself as a piadina shop. I go in and ask for the menu, but they tell me they don't have one yet. Not very professional, but I decide to order a piadina with bresaola, rocket and parmesan anyway.
The dough is good, thick but crunchy and soft at the same time.
Too bad about the filling: only 4 very thin slices of bresaola, practically no parmesan and an exaggerated amount of rocket. The result? You can only taste the dough and rocket, no balance in the flavors.
All for 8.50 euros.
I'll also add a detail that can't be ignored: whoever prepared the piadina had visibly black and dirty hands.
Unacceptable, especially for a restaurant-related business.
Disappointing experience, I won't be back.

21/07/2024: Pessima esperienza... Troppo caro... Grigliata ,birra ,acqua ,qualche affettato 40 euro ...
Da non credere .. sicuramente buona la grigliata ,buoni i salumi ..ma non valevano 40.euro ... Peccato...
06/07/2024: Bel posto con piccolo ruota di mulino, tranquillo senza musica sotto gli alberi. Però per un panino con Salamina, tre birre medie 0,4 (due bionde e una rossa ) e tagliere di salumi si spendono 34 euro. Almeno 8/10 euro in più del prezzo che riterrei corretto.
