24/12/2024: I had lunch at the Bioristoro in Bienno on the occasion of my mother's birthday. The food that Cinzia prepared for us surprised us positively in every sense. His idea of ethical and healthy cooking, using seasonal ingredients and based on daily availability is very courageous and valid. I really appreciated the surprise effect due to the "undemocratic" menu as she herself presented it to us. Each dish was prepared with passion, skill and creativity. I highly recommend anyone who wants to understand what it means to eat healthy and without giving up the pleasure of good food, to immerse themselves and let themselves be guided in this experience. Beautiful place immersed in a magical setting.

The last stretch of road is a bit challenging but can be reached easily by car.

07/12/2024: Bread, panettone, traditional pandoro and various flavours. Then again rose cakes, lumberjack bread, ...spongade, local biscuits, breadsticks, all rigorously baked from the oven behind the shop by a passionate craftsman with three generations of bakers behind him.
What can I say... authenticity of taste!

07/12/2024: Eravamo in due, ordinato e poi è stato servito mio marito . Poi è stato il mio turno dopo un quarto d'ora. Pasta fredda ma nessuno in vista per far notare il disguido perché il locale era pieno. Ho fatto notare la mia insoddisfazione per il piatto al momento del pagamento,la risposta è stata: noi il piatto lo facciamo così. Il tono seccato e con sufficienza siamo stati liquidati. Siamo dispiaciuti perché il nostro è stato garbato ed espresso a bassa voce. Consigliamo più diplomazia ai titolari ed agli altri sconsigliamo di andarci.
