20/06/2025: Visited this restaurant on our last night in Bienno and had a lovely time. A really nice family feel and they tried very hard to communicate with us even with the language barrier. Very accommodating to our needs.

06/07/2025: Every time a surprise the path that Cinzia proposes is always spectacular an excellent and truly tasty preparation (and I'm not vegan) then a welcome that makes you feel at home the place deserves the small but well-kept room beautiful view of the village of Biennno. Thanks to Cinzia and her mother. See you soon
02/06/2025: We were welcomed by Cinzia and her mother with professionalism, care and kindness. The kitchen offers delicious and creative vegan dishes, with natural, fermented, organic and local products. There is also attention to specific needs such as gluten-free. The location is very suggestive at the foot of the Christ the King of Bienno, inside an ancient hermitage. For all these reasons, the Bioristoro deserves at least a detour if not a visit to get to know the place and the passion of those who are managing it.

14/07/2025: Premessa che per abitudine, amo cenare da solo. Mi sono recato al Vecchio mulino in un anonima serata di Luglio. Vengo bene accolto. Mi accomodo ( il menù plastificato forse da migliorare) scelgo un bicchiere di vino come aperitivo e vengo soddisfatto. Dal menu pesco un risotto ai frutti di mare, ampiamente sopra la media. Bravi. La birra è corretta ( anche le patatine che ordinato come extra abbondanti e corrette). Il locale è affollato, data la stagione ci sta, ma il servizio è efficente, la ragazza sorridente e corre...il titolare tiene a bada la nave. Nel complesso sopra la media della ristorazione camuna .... Per uno molto critico come me..diciamo che la promozioni a pieni voti è meritata. Bravi.
30/06/2025: Sul personale nulla da dire, ma riguardo al cibo, e parlo degli spaghetti alle vongole e i pizzoccheri, forse sarebbe meglio toglierli dal menù e magari sostituirli con altro cibo del territorio. Questo per dire che se volete fare i due piatti citati ,sarebbe meglio ripassarvi la ricetta. I due piatti non avevano benché una minima somiglianza ai piatti originali per quanto riguarda il sapore...anzi

Il Forno di Panteghini e Bontempi

15/06/2025: Bread, panettoni, traditional pandoro and various flavors. Then again rose cakes, pan del boscaiolo, ...spongade, local biscuits, breadsticks, all rigorously baked in the oven behind the shop by a passionate craftsman with three generations of bakers behind him.
... and then new breads and desserts at high frequency.
What can I say... authenticity of taste!
From this year also the novelty of the rustic tart!
15/05/2025: Today, being in the area, I decided to go and see the places where I used to go on vacation as a child with my parents.
I went into this bakery to get a couple of sandwiches for tonight...
Well, I left with a full bag, delicious bread and then various sweets, from spongada to brutti e buoni as well as other things...
Everything was delicious, too bad I live 90 km away because I was excited by the flavors and memories (it had been over 40 years since I saw those places again) I have to go back to try other things...
The buckwheat donut is so good that I can't find the words...
Thank you for this experience. I will never be able to become a regular customer for obvious reasons but you made me excited like a child...
And in any case, I will definitely go back.
