01/10/2025: Discovered by chance, after tasting their Bagoss at the Fabus refuge, I decided to organize, with "Gli amici del Bagoss" of Lonato, a visit to this place for an aperitif and to visit their cellar, filled with Bagoss. Well, we had a wonderful time: an aperitif accompanied by abundant appetizers: frittatas, various canapés, local salami, and and... the inevitable Bagoss in various versions (more mature, less mature). Delicious. We took the opportunity to purchase some Bagoss (aged for 2 years) and goat cheese (superb). They kindly gave us a tour of the cellar, showing us the various forms of Bagoss. A welcoming and warm mountain atmosphere. Friendly and smiling service. Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. BUCCIO.

12/10/2025: + The space is beautiful and refined, everything feels new. The food is good (though not amazing) - the linguine with clams was average, a little bland, the octopus was great and the seared salmon was good. The tiramisu is one of the best I've had in Italy. We managed (in October) to get a table without a reservation (on a Saturday night). - The service was inattentive and a bit rushed - being tourists we weren't as well dressed as the other customers, there were 2 mistakes in our orders (drinks and dessert). A note: it was Saturday night and the restaurant was very crowded, which may have impacted the quality of service. At 9 pm the noise made it impossible to talk. A bit expensive in terms of quality/price ratio. It tries to be a refined restaurant, but on a Saturday night it didn't succeed, considering the quality of the food, the service and the noise.

05/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant in Ponte Caffaro, nestled between two rivers. It has a terrace in a beautiful garden with views of the surrounding mountains. The food here is always delicious and very special. The wine is delicious, and the service is also excellent. We dined here in 2024, this time indoors because the weather wasn't great. The atmosphere inside was also lovely. This time we had 1kg of mussels (sauté di Cozze) to share as a starter, which was superb. Then we had Raviolini di Brasato and Bracioline di cervo (venison chops). Everything was equally delicious. We'll be back next year. Thank you. We also enjoyed it twice in 2025: once a delicious lunch with Italian friends, and a few days later a superb dinner.

15/08/2025: I had the gelato here, and I have to say it's excellent! Both in terms of price and quality, it's good and of a good quality compared to other places in Ponte Caffaro.

For those of us who want to enjoy venison stew with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by polenta and a delicious bagoss cheese, all surrounded by a stunning panoramic view and served by friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their dedication.

26/06/2025: Bar with many outdoor seats to enjoy a break both for those who are passing through and for those who consider it a pleasant habit on vacation. Very friendly and fast staff. Friendly owners. I recommend stopping by: try it and believe it.

27/09/2025: A very beautiful, old-fashioned place. Simple, clean rooms, with daily linen changes and housekeeping. The restaurant portions were generous, and the food had an authentic, home-style flavor. The owners were also very kind and helpful, especially the lady who runs the dining room. Highly recommended.

28/08/2025: My favorite place for Pizza 🥰 Everyone is super friendly and it is always a joy to be there. The Pizza is super good and all the ingredients are always fresh. Parking in front of the door and even gelato is possible. Ask for Pizza Nutelloso if you like sweet things.

25/08/2025: We stopped at this little place somewhat by chance. The pizza was good and generous with toppings. The owner was very kind, and we got to chatting, and he even offered us coffee. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.

27/08/2025: I ordered an egg, cheese, and speck. The plate was small, and the speck was nonexistent, as was the cheese. As per the photo in the review, I didn't even get bread. The wait time for a fried egg? Over 25 minutes. Other tables were served first, even though they arrived later. I should point out that there were only four of us. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience. The prices, finally, were too high for the quantities served... at least on the dish I ordered! It was a small one.
