24/11/2024: Today for lunch. Initially they took us to a table on a sort of veranda, saying that the other tables were all occupied. I point out that there is a very unpleasant smell (maybe from the heating exhaust?) and I get up, then they take us to a free table in the room. I see that the paper tablecloth on other tables is not changed, just throw the crumbs on the floor. We took two taragne, one normal, one roast and one braised. The polenta was rather undercooked and soggy. The taragna is better. The roast was more boiled than roasted, the braised meat had a very strong unpleasant flavour, perhaps of juniper. The cake is good. Acceptable price, 51 euros total but poor quality. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

12/02/2024: Very good pizza, very fine and well cooked dough, only one flaw, they don't have limoncello to finish off beautifully, which is a shame because many of us drink it at the end of dinner.

22/08/2024: I stayed one night with my partner because we were returning to QC TERME (so the night was not planned). We enter and ask for the room. Yes booking I see it at 94 euros with breakfast. At reception I was offered the cheapest standard one at 100 euros with breakfast. For a few euros I'm not even going to say anything. Terrible second floor room!!! Very old! Head of the bed that seems to come off at any moment, doors that don't close completely so light comes in all night (full of cobwebs), 50's bathroom (I had never seen the knobs attached to the wall in the shower). Power socket used for the fan... It was impossible for me to close the door while my partner managed but there is still a 5 cm gap open at the bottom left. The terrible breakfast. The night before I stayed in a two star hotel nearby spending 80 euros with breakfast with much newer, cleaner rooms and a stellar breakfast. The reception is new but don't be fooled by that.

18/08/2024: We were surprised when we arrived in our room: dilapidated despite the very modern photos on various reservation sites and that of the hotel. The reception and the 1st floor have been renovated, but not the 2nd. On top of that, the bedroom door didn't close properly. Bathroom of a decent size but very impractical, no place to put your belongings and little light. The shower was very small. No air conditioning, no fan provided. Our room overlooked the street so we couldn't sleep with the windows open and got very hot. The parking lot is very small, there are only a few places to park. Positive points: - Despite its very dated style, the room was clean. - The location next to the thermal baths, very pleasant setting. - The pastry shop offers good cakes. Fine for one night, but no more.

15/08/2024: Insieme ad un amico, prima di trascorrere la giornata alle Qc terme di San Pellegrino, abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questa taverna ubicata sulla via centrale del paese. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva ed il cibo da leccarsi i baffi, partendo dall'antipasto condiviso di salumi nostrani fino ad arrivare al primo con i casoncelli tipici bergamaschi per poi proseguire con il brasato e lo stufato di cervo, il tutto accompagnato obbligatoriamente dal must della polenta della zona: la taragna! Abbiamo chiosato con un dolce fatto in casa: lo strudel abbinato ad una pallina di gelato che è sceso giù na bellezza! Nota di merito alla deliziosa cameriera bionda dal nome Camilla, un vero bijoux nell'aspetto, nel sorriso e nei modi con cui si approccia al cliente. Simpatico ed affabile anche il cuoco nonchè responsabile della cucina. Un punto di riferimento valido della zona! Se mi capiterà di trovarmi di passaggio, a pranzo o a cena, sicuramente ritornerò volentieri. Very very Good!

08/08/2024: Ordinato stinco con taragna. Nulla da dire sulla taragna, buona ma non eccezionale. Stendo un velo pietoso sullo stinco, era duro e crudo. Fatto presente al momento del ritiro del piatto quindi mi aspettavo che almeno in parte mi venisse stornato dal conto e invece non è stato così. Non mi vedrete più.
