03/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante con piatti tipici bergamaschi, cucinati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. Perfetto per una pausa pranzo durante la settimana con il menù lavoro. Nei giorni festivi si passa invece al menu alla carta, con una buona varietà di proposte locali. Ambiente accogliente, servizio cortese. Consigliato!

04/05/2025: Un posticino con un menú bello tradizionale che ha soddisfatto le papille gustative! Primo e secondo spettacolari, poi i casoncelli superbi! Servizio cordiale e porzioni anche generose! Grazie! Lo super consiglio!

09/11/2025: Clean and welcoming, strategically located just a short walk from the spa, crossing the hotel grounds. We booked a Junior Suite, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for the same price! Fantastic room, breathtaking view. The hotel's pastry shop is excellent. Friendly and competent staff. Highly recommended for a couple's weekend, and more. We'll be back!

06/11/2025: Thirty minutes for two coffees and a croissant that was disgusting, but the worst part was the waitress's vulgarity and aggression. The hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in; it looked like an abandoned hotel from the 1960s. I wish I had read the reviews sooner…

24/04/2025: non conoscevo il locale, mi è stato suggerito da un amico-famoso passaparola. Ottimo in tutto ,sala pulita signora gentilissima e ottimo e abbondante cibo

25/08/2025: Very nice bar with outdoor seating. On the tree-lined avenue in front of the Grand Hotel. Excellent aperitifs at prices you won't find anymore. The appetizers are also good and plentiful. We'll definitely be back.

22/11/2025: Note regarding customer service at Carrefour supermarket Date: November 22, 2025 I regret having to share this unpleasant experience. I went to the Carrefour supermarket to make some purchases, but I was surprised when one of the employees informed me that the store was already closed, even though it was 7:50 PM, while the official closing time is 8:00 PM. This behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism expected of a major brand like Carrefour, nor does it respect the time and trust of customers. I hope management can review this attitude to ensure more respectful and quality service for their customers. Best regards,

05/07/2025: Great lunch spot, not many other places are open for lunch. Great service and the food and drink were quick. Good place to chill and watch looking over the river Best sandwich ever!

03/06/2025: We went to this restaurant and had a great time! The atmosphere is very welcoming, but the real difference is made by the owner: friendly, helpful and with a rare attention to the customer. He made us feel at home. We ate really well, really tasty dishes. And the final surprise? The prices, really low and super competitive for the quality offered. Barbie fell in love!
