05/01/2025: The "waitress" wets her fingers with saliva, and leafs through the order notebook and then with the same hand delivers coffee, chocolate and cappuccino!!! An aquarium, the largest one, is a swamp, and contains a fish corpse with the others feeding on it!!! Unpleasant and dismal!!!

08/06/2024: Bel rifugio con personale gentile. Abbiamo solo pranzato (non dormito): ottima polenta e brasato, con tante torte caserecce gustose. Solo non mi piace molto il concetto del self service in montagna: per questo dò solo 4 stelle. Salita in un'oretta, piuttosto ripida.

06/12/2024: Conosco bene il ristorante e il suo proprietario.
Spesso ho mangiato molto bene e con calma.
Oggi avevo fretta e, non sapendo decidere tra i secondi proposti, ho chiesto se potevo avere un secondo-tris di cervo con polenta, brasato e coniglio.
Il cervo con polenta e il brasato erano davvero buoni!
Il coniglio era davvero oltre ogni possibile valutazione.
Sarò considerato di parte ma ho davvero apprezzato molto i tre"assaggi".
Il servizio è stato effettuato dalla moglie del proprietario: ha una velocità e precisione che riescono sempre a sorprendermi.
Tutto perfetto.
