We had two macchiatos accompanied by an assortment of shortcrust pastries, all delicious and made with attention to detail. The shortcrust pastry with chocolate cream and chopped hazelnuts was truly delicious, the pistachio one was creamy and fragrant, while the jam version had a genuine and fragrant flavor.
The macchiatos were made beautifully: intense, aromatic, and with just the right amount of foam. You can taste the quality of the coffee and the attention to detail in its preparation.
The place is welcoming, modern, and clean, perfect for a short, relaxing break.
The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the service is quick but attentive.
In short: excellent coffee, exquisite pastries, and a pleasant atmosphere—a stop I absolutely recommend! 🌟

09/03/2026: Welcoming place, friendly but inattentive staff, once seated at the table, endless times for orders, giving priority to people who arrived later, finally ordered, 40 minutes of waiting for two appetizers and another half an hour for the first ones, finally served in the first course of foiade with mushrooms a nice surprise, a piece of plastic apparently from a container for the ingredients, negative experience I don't think I'll go back.
22/02/2026: Sabi's is always a guarantee! Whether it's fish, meat, or pizza, everything here is top-quality and prepared with skill and love. Even the desserts are top-notch! The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are fair considering what's on offer. Be careful with the portions, as they're truly generous!

We recently tried it for takeout and were equally pleased; delivery was very fast. We will definitely recommend it to guests staying at our vacation home in Chiuduno.

16/02/2026: I often visit with friends. They have an excellent and wide selection of drinks, although I think they should push the alcohol content a little higher. They have a generous menu for snacks or something to eat, from toasted sandwiches to piadinas, pinsas, hamburgers, and simple appetizers. They show games for fans, and there's a beautiful outdoor patio for enjoying summer evenings.
The staff are all friendly, nice, and welcoming.

01/10/2025: I went to Pastimbaldo for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff friendly and very quick with their service, a crucial quality when you're short on time during a lunch break.
I started with the vegetarian meatballs with baked potatoes: a simple dish but prepared with great care. The meatballs were soft, flavorful, and well-seasoned, while the potatoes were cooked to perfection, golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
For first courses, I tried two house specialties. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was creamy, with just the right balance between the saltiness of the pecorino and the bold note of the pepper, a traditional dish masterfully executed. The real surprise, however, was the pasta alla Pastimbaldo, an original and rich combination of ragù, cream, and pesto: three elements that together create a unique, enveloping, and surprisingly harmonious flavor. A dish that alone is worth the visit.
Excellent value, generous portions, and fresh ingredients that truly make the difference. A perfect place for both a business lunch and a more relaxed break in good company.
I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without sacrificing speedy service.

09/12/2024: Agriturismo in zona industriale, insolito ma ben tenuto. Cibo deludente con risotto e brasato mal cucinati, dolce buono.
Nel ns gruppo erano state chieste delle opzioni vegetariane, presentate e servite con commenti e battute fuori luogo da quello che immagino sia il proprietario.
Molto triste e poco igienico vedere passare per i tavoli un piccolo pony e un cagnolino impauriti.

Personale qualificato educato e molto cortese
Nonostante non avessimo prenotato ci hanno trovato in poco tempo una soluzione ottimale (eravamo in 4)
Ci siamo tornati dopo molti anni e abbiamo trovato il locale molto più accogliente e decisamente al passo con i tempi
Vista in notturna mozzafiato (il temporale di poco prima ha dissolto l’umidità e la foschia )
Grazie infinite a tutto lo staff per la bella esperienza torneremo con altri amici al più presto

23/04/2025: 4 estrellas porque nadie se reunía normalmente ; y fuera de ninguna zona de aparcamiento. Por dentro muy fuerte por la música y durante la comida de NUEVO nadie vino a preguntar por el servicio adicional! ! !
