21/04/2025: Dishonest, we booked asking for the cost for a 10 year old girl and they told us that she would pay half the adult price. When we arrived, a buffet with old and unappealing food welcomed us. When it was time to pay, the girl paid full price, the very amused staff told us that half the price is only for children under 10. Apart from the dishonesty, we will never return due to the quality of the food, the lack of cleanliness of the place and the buffet worse than a hospital canteen. I do not recommend it

20/04/2025: Disappointing experience: little clarity, no attention to children and rude staff We went to Smell Brasil in Cagliari out of curiosity (Easter). After calling to ask for information on the cost of the menu for a 10 year old girl we were told that the price for children up to 10 years of age was 15 euros (adults 30€) When we went we saw from the receipt that for the ten year old girl they had charged us €40 instead of €15 without any proposal for a different menu specifically designed for children. The initial buffet offered beyond the carne asada was not very tasty, with mediocre quality and not much variety. The roast meat turned out to be discreet and is the only reason to choose this place if you intend to eat a lot of it... otherwise... The little girl ate very little, as there was nothing suitable for her, but clarity and organization are decisive... Because if when booking you tell me that children within ten years pay €15, it doesn't matter who answers... Whoever answers must be informed or trained to convey correct information... Also because I could, on the basis of that information, decide to go to a place that is more sensitive towards of the costs of the children and clearly explaining the menu proposed for the children (who are the priority for everyone...). When asked for explanations at the checkout, the response was that "for ten years and up you pay like adults", ignoring what we had been told on the phone. The cashier proved to be rude and inattentive and other employees reacted to our legitimate complaint by laughing, demonstrating a total lack of professionalism and education... We won't be coming back again. It's not a question of money, but of respect for customers and serious, organized and transparent management, which is unfortunately missing here, beyond the poor buffet... And these days you don't give money to anyone... I'm sorry for the waiters and guys who were kind and helpful... The management is terrible. Ask "clearly" first about the cost of the children's menu based on age and all-inclusiveness of drinks...

02/04/2025: Very good and attentive service, especially from the manager who proved to be sensitive to requests and prepared Food and prices online. Meat is recommended, a small flaw here, they don't have hot dishes... Good variety of starters
