14/03/2025: After trying the Valentine's tasting, which won us over for the excellent quality of the fish and the care in the preparation, we chose Nana Sushi also for another special occasion: the master's celebrations. Marco, the owner and his team, know how to exceed their customers' expectations. The chef is fantastic and "le silvie" have impeccable attention to customers in the dining room. We chose the Apericena formula. The sushi stands out for its technical execution: rice calibrated to perfection, leading condiments, and a fish that can be felt and seen in its absolute freshness. In addition to the quality of the food, what makes this place one of my favorites in Rome is the professionalism of the staff: attentive, prepared and able to transform a dinner into an experience. Here sushi is an art that is expressed in every single bite. I recommend Nana Sushi to those looking for an experience where taste meets quality and hospitality.
