Ci siamo trovati per caso in questo ristorantie e ce ne siamo andati felicissimi!
Materie prime di alto livello cucinate con una buona mano.
Abbiamo anche scambiato due parole con il simpaticissimo chef a fine cena.
La sua simpatia e passione si vede tutta nei piatti.
Dolce al miele di Sassello eccezionale.
Bravi, continuate così.
29/05/2025: Ho mangiato molto bene, lo spaghetto alla cremina di ovuli mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Il personale sempre gentile e accogliente. Un posto da consigliare e in cui tornare volentieri!

23/06/2025: Unfortunately, a TERRIBLE experience.
The place is objectively very beautiful but the service was terrible. We waited for the dishes for 1 hour and twenty minutes.
And, when they arrived, they were not good at all.
My tagliolini with pesto were a real MESS.
I couldn't finish them!
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, neither for the food nor for the service.

15/06/2025: Se uno non é razzista, qui rischia di diventarlo.... Mai visto così tanto menefreghismo e scortesia... Dopo 20 minuti che eravamo seduti nessuno si è degnato di servirci. Nemmeno dopo nostra cortese segnalazione. Andati al bar di fronte, in 5 minuti serviti con professionalità e cortesia.

24/04/2025: Nella nuova location in piazza barberi, abbiamo pranzato all aperto. Una bottiglia di bollicine di classe, antipasto medio.
Buono il primo: tagliatelle al ragù di agnello. Un piacevole stacco primaverile
24/04/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente e piacevole la sede principale è su tre piani ed è stato ristrutturato alcuni particolari sono interessanti come come la cantina, comunque si mangia fuori nella piazza dei prati e dei frati poi c'è una succursale in Piazza Barbieri ugualmente piacevole, in entrambi si mangia e beve molto bene piatti della tradizione Ligure.

19/04/2025: Trattoria with many years of experience, very popular during lunch time.
Even though I have been going there for many years, I have unfortunately had to recently encounter a decrease in the courses that can be ordered, in the sense of a smaller choice of options available (only two first courses, only two second courses/side dishes, etc. etc.).
It is also a good idea, especially if you are a foreigner, to keep in mind that the workers' menu is not always available, and not for everyone, given that we, for example, despite not having had anything special for lunch, were charged for everything, including water, à la carte (with prices that were in any case absolutely acceptable and not incongruous, given that the food was genuine and cooked by hand).
Service a little rushed and sometimes summary.
The restaurant has few seats, so it is advisable, even if there are only a few of you, to book.

07/06/2025: A nice place surrounded by greenery above Sassello, a little difficult to get to but it's worth it, we ate pizza there are different doughs and different types Neapolitan or Roman thinner, excellent ingredients very very good to return

09/07/2025: Nice atmosphere and good live music in a busy setting, but you can't wait 55 minutes for two pizzas. If they want to grow, I suggest the owners think beyond the capacity of the place and offer better service, perhaps with a larger pizza oven to shorten wait times. Reading this, I see I'm not the first to complain. Thank you, and let's hope for better times when and if we return.
04/07/2025: Found a bit by chance, we ended up there on the right day, namely Saturday, the day when the grill is lit on which they cook spectacular meat! The mixed Ligurian antipasto is also excellent.
The guy who grills also helps in the dining room and is very kind. Generous portions and fair prices.

23/06/2025: A good pizzeria in Palo, a town in Sassello (SV). The dough is quite crispy, thin and well topped. The choice of pizza types also varies. When we are in those places, an evening at Paradiso with friends is never missing. The desserts are of good quality and, above all, they do not skimp on the quantities. The place should be modernized because it reminds us of the trendy restaurants of the 60s/70s but we go to eat and spend an evening in company, so aesthetics do not matter to us. It should be noted that the pizza chef works alone, there are a lot of people and the times to eat are longer. A little more patience is needed. A small note for those who do not know the places and decide to stop for dinner. It is located at 700 meters above sea level, so when eating out, keep a sweater handy.

Professional and friendly staff.
Tiziana and Alessia make excellent coffee. Michela is renowned for her cakes. Diana specialises in cocktails. Federica's forte is the delicacies she prepares.
Each to their own but I would always choose Jole above all the other bars/eateries in the area.

01/05/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per le 20:30, alle 21:00 il tavolo non era nemmeno pronto. Il servizio é di una lentezza insopportabile. Ci sediamo e... . attesa biblica per 2 pizze... Per il primo boccone siamo arrivati alle 21:50!!!, mentre con flemma da domenica mattina appena svegli le ragazze del servizio procedevano incuranti fra I tavoli. La pizza di per sé é particolare, fine a bordi molto alti, gusto ok, prezzo medio alto 13/15 euro. Soddisfa abbastanza per il costo, ma attenzione, bordo con porcini, sta per all'interno del bordo ci metto una cremina che sa di porcini.
Dolce, non pervenuto, nel senso non me avevano se non panna cotta... e.... Ops, problema tecnico, potuto pagare solo contanti, niente carte.In generale, grazie, pago, e non torno

31/05/2025: Esperienza culinaria incredibile,cucina ligure top e posto molto accogliente e tipico tra il verde di Sassello ! Il cibo è semplicemente divino, ogni portata è un'esplosione di sapori e profumi. Dagli antipasti misti alle incantevoli foccaccette calde che non puoi fare a meno di chiedere il BIS, dall'insalata russa,dalla cima genovese con salsa verde,ai primi con gnocchetti di fonduta ai ravioli al sugo, ai secondi dal brasato con patate arrosto,al vitel tonnato che si scioglie in bocca e molte altre delizie,sorbetti,limoncello e i dolci davvero squisiti...solo al pensiero viene l'acquolina in bocca!Le porzioni sono abbondanti ma difficilmente si puo'lasciare qualcosa nel piatto!
Il servizio impeccabile, il personale molto cordiale, professionale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. La cosa piu'importante e non ultima che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è fantastico.Non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza gastronomica di alta qualità e una giornata rilassante ad assaporare le loro portate che vorresti non finissero mai.
Per noi e'una tappa fissa che abbiamo scelto anche per la Comunione di nostra figlia.Torneremo sicuramente e già ho prenotato in anticipo la prossima "abbuffata"! 5 stelle come minimo senza dubbio!"Grazie Sara per la sua professionalita',dolcezza e ottima cuoca insieme alla sua mamma!

18/01/2025: Oggi, dopo una bella camminata sul monte Beigua siamo stati accolti all'ora di pranzo con il calore di una stupenda stufa in ghisa, ma soprattutto dal calore umano impagabile della Signora Rossella che con semplicità e non disdegnando la sana ironia ci ha guidati attraverso un percorso enogastronomico straordinario.
Non bisogna dimenticare una menzione speciale e grata da rivolgere allo chef Fabio che ha
preparato pietanze gustose ed equilibrate come le straordinarie costine d'agnello o i primi al tuccu, senza dimenticare i buonissimi dolci e l'ottimo nebbiolo che ha accompagnato il nostro pasto.
Ma l'ingrediente più importante di tanto buon vivere è stato senza dubbio la gentilezzaa e l'intelligente ironia della Signora di casa che ci ha comunque guidati verso i piatti più approprati e gli abbinamenti più armoniosi. Il prezzo? Posto che era giusto, che importanza ha se tutto è stato ottimo? Torneremo!
19/11/2024: Ci siamo recati a cena in questo ristorante sabato sera, ottima l'accoglienza e la cura da parte del personale di sala, una bella atmosfera amichevole e conviviale in un ambiente caratteristico e caldo anche grazie alle stupende stufe a legna d'epoca perfettamente conservate. Quando c'è impegno e passione si vede, e si sente nei profumi e i sapori dei piatti. Anche il vino della casa (Barbera) di ottima qualità. Molto interessante anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ideale per cene in compagnia. Ci torneremo sicuramente durante le prossime feste natalizie.
