The owners, Cristina and her brother, do their job exceptionally well and with so much passion!!!
Top-notch catering service with high-quality food at an unbeatable value, including the delicious pizza.
A special thanks to my friend Guido, who introduced me to this establishment and, above all, made it a fantastic summer...we'll definitely be back this summer!
Lastly, a shout-out to Cristina, a wonderful person!!!

15/07/2025: We visited this restaurant and were truly satisfied! We ordered two pasta dishes and a mixed fried fish to share: everything was truly excellent, well-cooked and made with fresh ingredients. The place is beautiful and welcoming, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

The staff is open to improvements (colored glasses for the kids and some soft lighting on the tables).

01/04/2026: Shrimp dumplings that look like jelly and tasteless, soy noodles with shrimp that have a questionable flavor—I don't recommend it, and I like Chinese food. Not this one.

16/05/2026: I do not know why so many bad reviews here, because the hotel is awesome from any point of view.
The managers are very friendly and they helped me in the issues that they even do not have to. Since I am a foreigner and I do not speak Italian, I had some difficulties with buying tickets and calling taxi. But I have been supported in it in the best way, that made my trip much more convenient and less stressful. Thank you!
The room, the view, the breakfasts were above my expectations. Totally recommended.
18/02/2026: It was nice, but there were a few things I didn't like. 1) There were often people yelling, screaming, and swearing in the hotel. 2) The hotel staff were often rude and impolite. 3) The rooms often became dirty within a few hours. etc.

31/07/2026: We paid an additional €50.00 for two sun loungers and a parasol after 3:00 PM. The regular daily rate is €60.00 – for just a few hours in the afternoon, this minimal discount is, in my opinion, ridiculous and not at all customer-friendly.
The room faced the main road. The windows are very poorly insulated, so the traffic noise was clearly audible all night. A restful sleep was virtually impossible.
For these reasons, I unfortunately cannot recommend staying here. The price-performance ratio is particularly poor with regard to the beach service and the soundproofing of the rooms.
27/07/2026: Every year it's always a great emotion...! A sense of family, where education and respect are never lacking. Unfortunately, yesterday I witnessed an unpleasant situation...!!! Rude stranger who treated the bartender Tania... a pillar of the bathrooms with arrogance and condescension...! I believe that the Lido bathrooms are not for everyone... especially when respect and education are lacking. Busy days are never lacking but the arrogance of certain individuals never ceases to exist. Making negative reviews just for the sake of offending, for a poorly made aperitif... but drunk and taken back more than once...🤦♀️.. GIN TONIC... I wonder where the coherence of this individual lies. Present at the time of the incident...! I apologize but honestly it would be much healthier not to drink and pay more attention to education and respect. The bathroom closed???? And never mind, there are 6 bathrooms at the Lido...!!! Drinking less is probably healthy for your mind and body.

20/06/2026: Every time we go shopping at this supermarket, we encounter numerous obstacles inside, left by the employees themselves right in the middle of the aisles, thus preventing customers from passing through and choosing their products. The employees leave pallets of goods to be restocked along the way and pretend not to see: it's a complete disrespect to the customers! I sincerely hope this situation changes at this supermarket, as well as the attitude of the employees, who are almost always in a bad mood; most of them, let's say 99%, always have an annoyed and unwelcoming expression.

28/07/2026: Excellent pizza, bread, and focaccia, including the cheese one. Aperitifs with generous platters to enjoy at the outdoor tables. Friendly staff. Excellent value.
31/05/2026: We visited this place this morning and it was a fantastic experience. The cappuccino was excellent, the focaccia was excellent, the brioche was fresh from the oven, and the brioche was fresh from the oven. A friendly, smiling man served the focaccia and easily switched to English so we could communicate. The atmosphere was great; I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I highly recommend it. So far, the best cappuccino I've had in this town. Best regards.

19/07/2026: Terrible service. I clearly specified in the notes that I couldn't get off the elevator because I had two small children at home. The delivery driver ignored my request and decided to leave the pizzas on the floor inside the elevator before walking away. A complete lack of hygiene and respect for the customer. I even asked for them to be cut, but they ignored me.

04/07/2025: All'interno aria condizionata inesistente...caldo. Troppa gente quindi cucina a rilento. Non sono riusciti mai a servire il tavolo con piatti tutti insieme. Buono ma non da ricordare. Prezzo alto
21/06/2025: Locale dotato di molti coperti tenendo conto del dehor. Prezzi alti sia come ristorante che come pizzeria. Abbiamo optato per 2 pizze, che sono risultate mangiabili.

Non c'è un menù da nessuna parte, ti dice la cameriera cosa c'è ma i prezzi sono una sorpresa. Offerta scarsa: farinata di ceci e di grano, tagliere di salumi e/o formaggi, grigliata. Il menù non sarebbe un problema se la qualità fosse buona.
Farinata di ceci nella norma, quella di grano cruda e abbastanza immangiabile.
Grigliata sufficiente ma qualità della carne da supermercato.

Impossibile definirlo servizio. Nel locale ci sono 5 persone che vagano senza scopo.
Abbiamo impiegato 1 e 45 minuti per mangiare la farinata e ricevere una grigliata che non era quella richiesta. All' arrivo della grigliata sbagliata, al mio sottolineare che non era quella corretta la risposta è stata "la vostra la avrà mangiata un altro tavolo".
Il tagliere di salumi non è mai arrivato nonostante le varie richieste.
Il problema è che ai tavoli vicini nessuno mangiava. Non vi so dire cosa abbiano fatto in cucina in quasi 2 ore, anche perché farinata salumi e grigliate non sono cibi con preparazioni impegnative.
CONTO
Alla cassa la ragazza fa i conti a mente, mettendo prezzi un po' a caso e correggendoli dopo essersi confrontata con la collega. Nella nostra permanenza ha sbagliato almeno 2 conti di persone che han pagato con carta e ha restituito i soldi in contanti.
In conclusione scappate.
