03/10/2025: When we finally arrived at the hotel after a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by Bruno and Mara. During check-in, we were offered espresso and then went straight to our rooms, all of which were very cozily furnished. The beach is also just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Bruno was always available to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be back :)

02/11/2025: We're back for the umpteenth time, I think there's no need to say anything else...
21/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to go against the grain of the numerous positive reviews; we didn't have a good time.
We ate in the "outdoor" area, which was actually a gray cube with two spotlights full of cobwebs, dated and rickety tables, no tablecloths, tables pushed together, and a door that constantly slammed.
We ordered the famous raw fish and were very disappointed. The fish was flavorless, watery, and bland, though to be fair, it was very well presented.
The wine list was extremely limited and had very low-quality labels. The one we chose, the "blanc de blanc" (a €20 bottle), was, despite the price, of poor quality, giving us a headache that lasted all night and into the next day. Furthermore, it was brought to the table already open and we didn't get to taste it.
The desserts cheered us up a bit because they were very good.
The service was friendly but a bit confusing.
I'm sorry, but compared to other raw fish restaurants in the area, there's no comparison. Maybe we just happened to be there on an unlucky night...

26/11/2025: I have tried many pizzerias but this one is by far the best. The people are also really friendly, and their pizzas are simply the best in the area, and maybe even in the world. The best pizza i ever had (and i tried a lot of places!). I especially love the Valtellina and the boscaiola. I will keep coming back!

26/08/2025: Located right in front of the Albisola highway exit. Quiet and welcoming, the owners are friendly. Good coffee and warm croissants for breakfast in the morning. Also suitable for evening aperitifs. The only drawback is the location, with constant traffic, which detracts from the outdoor tables and views, despite the large statue of a villa, one of Albisola's historic residences, directly opposite. Parking is limited, although if you wander around a bit, you can usually find a parking spot within walking distance. The place is clean and charming inside, with a tall shelf behind the counter displaying some typical Albisola ceramics. This morning at 7:15, I had breakfast with a macchiato and croissant, and paid €2.50, which is the average price for local bars.

06/09/2025: We went there today for the first time after walking past the day before. It's a small bakery, but in our opinion the focaccia is one of the best, if not the best, in the area. The lady at the counter is very kind, and the prices are in line with those in the area. The only downside is the location; it's on a stretch of road where you can't park your car, but otherwise it's super.

28/09/2025: I spent a wonderful weekend with my dog. The room had a fantastic view, the vegan food was excellent, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful.
A special thanks to Stefania and all the staff.
We will definitely be back.
