Ristorante Marcellino's Seborga

03/01/2025: After closing for a few months, Marcellino reopened about 3 weeks ago. Change of manager and renovated decor.
The team is getting its bearings. I went there twice: on reopening day and for New Year's Eve.
I haven't explored the entire menu yet, but so far I've had some good surprises: very fresh and good quality raw shellfish, I was well received, the service team is friendly.
I'm going to go back there because I really like Séborga and I want to follow the evolution of this restaurant where I came regularly before the change of manager.
All my encouragement to the team, see you soon!

04/07/2024: We traveled as a family and had a wonderful experience. As a couple, we really appreciate the space. We came with my parents and children, who were fascinated by the docile animals.
The food was excellent, with a varied breakfast that included cheese, ham, eggs, and, most importantly, olive oil, honey and jams, which were divine.
We want to thank the host for all his availability and hospitality.

23/04/2024: Trattoria immersa negli anni ottanta. Non propriamente pulita. Unica aperta a Seborga in settimana fuori stagione. Un primo( ravioli di borragine al burro e salvia,porzione abbondante) un secondo il coniglio alle olive taggiasche tipico del posto,due pezzettini di polpa....fegato e rognone...( Che potevano anche essere di non mio gradimento...),un piattino di patate fritte ,un'acqua piccola e un calice di vino bianco.Tot € 30,50.La signora che serviva ai tavoli non particolarmente empatica con gli avventori che chiedevano di poter pranzare senza aver prenotato .All'una e un quarto una ventina di coperti...sono ligure ,sono una ristoratrice...anche no! Se si fa questo mestiere bisogna farlo con passione e amore altrimenti si sceglie altro!
