31/05/2025: Un accueil agréable, mais la suite laisse vraiment à désirer. Service très long, cher pour la quantité et la qualité . Arrivée 12h30 départ 14h45 pour seulement trois plats . Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la personne qui a encaissé, très froide . Cela manque de professionnalisme .

25/05/2025: Hello, The meal was perfect, it was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good advice on the wine. However, we wish the owner would learn to count before coming to attack us and telling us there was money missing from the bill. Furthermore, she openly told us that she preferred a single payment, either card or cash, and then left in a very haughty manner. The goal is to get paid, right??? For this inconvenience, we would have liked a complimentary digestif. However, as for the servers, nothing to complain about, they were great! Thanks to them. A word to the wise...

10/06/2025: Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.

05/06/2025: Segnalato dalla guida Slowfood che non sbaglia mai. Tutto perfetto, consiglio il menù degustazione composto da due antipasti un primo, secondo e dolce, porzioni ideali.

18/05/2025: Gita a Dolceacqua, fortunatamente anche se non avevamo prenotato avevano un tavolo disponibile. Menù del giorno con tris di antipasti, un primo, un secondo, dolce a 35 euro davvero ben spesi. Consigliato . Gestione con personale professionale e affabile

25/05/2025: La vera cucina ligure da consigliare ai turisti ma anche ai liguri. Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati nonostante il locale pieno di clienti. Le portate che ci hanno proposto sono state all' altezza delle nostre aspettative. Il Rio del Mulino è un ristorante con una cucina di livello molto alto e anche il servizio non è da meno. 13/03/2025: Super restaurant N’hésitez pas ,on y mange très bien et c’est très bon Quelle surprise apéro ,2 entrées ,plat et dessert et pour clôturer le tout du Limoncello 😂

27/05/2025: Showed up with three of us on a Sunday night after the Monaco GP, ready for burgers at a place literally called Bistro Burger. First thing the waiter says? “We have paninis.” Sir. No. That’s not how this works. Luckily, after a few genuinely tasty small bites, three actual burgers magically appeared. No menu, no options, just “Here, eat this.” And honestly? No complaints – they were good. Dessert was also off-menu: a small bowl of fruit, described to us live by the waiter, who apparently is the menu. Respect. Pretty sure the chef was still emotionally at the finish line in Monaco, but hey, so were we. Friendly goodbye after I broke the ice with my flawless translator act. Next time I want one of the other five burgers, please 😜

22/05/2025: Fantastic place and absolutely delicious food. We took 2burgers: they were really tasty, the meat was incredible and properly cooked. We also got some chocolate cake with coffee, sublime. The guy and the lady were nice, kind and willing. We had a pleasant lunch.

27/05/2025: An incredible setting, it feels like you're eating in the back of an antique shop. The welcome is charming and French is spoken fluently. As for the dishes, they are generous and tasty... A real treat, fresh products and cooked with love.
