23/12/2024: A motorbike ride and you find yourself in Castellaro, an enchanting village due to its location and the care evident in the small alleys... you park, curious and eager to taste something good and discover this beautiful tavern.
In December we obviously had lunch inside even though the day was sunny and the air was mild.
Relaxing, unique, characteristic environment, the choice of light colors gives a pleasant slightly shabby look
The list of dishes is not extensive but...better little but good...and here it is!
Delicious food, Ligurian cuisine with an intense flavor in which the flavors of the land mix with the sea with excellent results, research and valorisation of typical raw materials.
Excellent beers!! Super desserts and a kind, friendly service that gives the customer a great experience!!

03/01/2025: With fraud they gave me two coffees for €3.40, I only asked for two coffees, they try to sell you what they want and they succeed. Even though I travel around in the car a lot, I try to go there as little as possible.
01/01/2025: I put €100 in petrol and they charged me €103.29.

05/11/2024: Booked through Booking, 4 double rooms, 2 nights including breakfast for 365 euros
You can park easily in front of the hotel, the TG is not available to hotel guests
The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, unfortunately the staff doesn't speak a word of English
The rooms are supposed to be deluxe double rooms and are very worn out and simply poorly maintained, the bathroom fittings have limescale, the plastic strips are yellow, etc.
The clean team consists of various men who simply stand in the hotel room despite the Do Not Disturb sign. Despite the sign, you just go into the room and tidy it up.
The furnishings of room (226) are simple and tired
There is a small refrigerator.
The air conditioning is really old and blows directly onto the balcony. In addition, it is very loud and has to be switched off at night.
The breakfast is poor and has nothing to do with Continental. Croissants are ready-made products with sweetener. Scrambled eggs are made from ready-made eggs and are cuttable. Nothing is restocked and the selection is limited
23/10/2024: Beautiful experience, fabulous swimming pool and attached 9-hole golf course with large driving range. Possibility to visit the wonderful villages nearby and in any case there is also a restaurant/pizzeria on site

27/08/2023: * Réservation obligatoire dans le seul restaurant de Castellaro.
* Il y a clairement un problème de places de parking, vaut mieux arriver tôt.
* La cuisine est fine mais les portions sont un peu justes. J'ai commandé les entrées variés et le thon aux tomates, heureusement qu'il y avait du pain.
* En Italie, les plats de sont pas accompagnés de garnitures, il faut payer un supplément. De plus, vous paierez un supplément obligatoire " Le droit aux couverts". (Couteau , fourchette, verre, pain et serviette)
* Sinon le service et le cadre sont corrects.
