27/11/2025: Very average and almost tasteless pizza, we were really disappointed. We even told owners but they seemed quite uninterested and simply said, “well, I guess we won’t be seeing you again!” Very odd response.
9euro cover charge (for 3 people!) for a soggy piece of focaccia. Best of luck with this…

The food is excellent — everything from the freshly baked bread to the pastries and savory treats is full of authentic flavor and made with care. The people who work there are warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile, making every visit a pleasure. The store itself is charming and well stocked with a variety of delicious goods, both sweet and savory. It’s the kind of place that makes you look forward to coming back again and again.

01/09/2025: We arrived at 12:15 just to be told they open at 12:30, not being offered to look at the menu in the meantime or to sit down somewhere to wait (it was empty). The place is obviously charming, food was ok, very small portions for the price but ok given the location, however the coperto 5€ per person sounds like a scam for a simple trattoria without even proper tablecloths…not to mention there is lots of room for improvement in the service and the welcome.
24/08/2025: I'd like to give it 100 stars, but I can't! Last night I had dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary, and thanks to the wonderful evening, the location, and the dinner, we had a wonderful evening! Excellent food and wine, very fresh fish, and friendly staff. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that kept us from booking! Some people should do what they know how to do, not keyboard food critics, who probably don't know how to cook a hard-boiled egg! Thank you so much to the owner and our waiter for their kindness! 20/04/2025: A Pasqua la maggioranza dei ristoranti fanno menù fisso, bisogna prenotare con settimane se non mesi di anticipo, non mi va, preferisco pranzare alla carta.
Le Mille e una Notte non delude mai, comodo parcheggio, bella la location, cortese il personale, ottima carta di terra e di mare, ampia scelta di vini, insomma tutto perfetto, prezzo in linea con location, qualità e preparazione delle portate, lascio alle foto i commenti.
30/03/2025: Per un week end in zona abbiamo scelto questo ristorante non sul mare a Camogli ma appena sopra, sullAurelia. Abbiamo preso due antipasti e due secondi di pesce di ottima qualità. E due dolci buonissimi. Servizio veloce e discreto. Locazione carina. Prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consigliatissimo.

12/10/2025: A lovely, quaint trattoria in San Fruttuoso. I had the mussels marinara (flavorful and tasty) and the grilled sea bream (tender and fresh).
Considering the area, the price was more than fair. Recommended.

10/10/2025: We had a great experience here on the outdoor seating area and were so happy to have the kitchen open late afternoon when so many other places were closed for food!
The servers were great and the beer/wine great. We had salads and liked the taste and big portions and low prices! I highly recommend this place over the other high prices options!
Great sea views if you sit inside.
Very limited inside seating!

06/10/2025: Recommend everyone to avoid this place. The service was absolutely terrible. We arrived after it says they are opening. One of them rolled her eyes and threw her arms out while the other one yelled at us that it was closed. They also couldn't answer when they were going to open and they excused themselves by saying there was "a lot to do" while they sat smoking. It didn't look busy, it just seemed like they were lazy and didn't want to work.

11/10/2025: The best restaurant in Camogli/San Rocco – immaculate cuisine, exquisite flavors, and fair prices. Warm, authentic hosts make this a rare find beyond the usual tourist path. And the best Tiramisu in the world!
The less favorable reviews seem to overlook what defines truly fine italian cuisine culture.
11/10/2025: Unfortunately, despite the delicious food, I strongly advise against this place. The reason is the very unpleasant owner. From the moment we entered the restaurant, her expression said it all. She gave the impression that we were bothering her. She wouldn't let us sit at a table with a view because, as she stated, it only seats four, not two. Even though we only ordered tiramisu and coffee, they charged us €4 per person. The tiramisu, while very tasty, was tiny pieces, like half a normal portion. Interestingly, the owner was very nice towards the other Italian diners. We felt very uncomfortable there, and I absolutely don't recommend this place.

08/06/2025: Fuimos más lejos de los caminos trillados en Camogli, sin reserva, pero sentados con facilidad fuera en su pequeña cubierta.
El menú es muy grande, algo para todos. No es fácil saber lo que es adecuado para los vegetarianos.
Los platos eran increíbles, porción de buen tamaño y se sirve muy caliente.
Un montón de mariscos en el risotto. La pasta se cocina al - dente.
Muchas mesas tanto por dentro como por fuera.
3 comidas / 1 postre / 1 botella de vino / 1 botella de agua = Total € 85

11/07/2025: Siamo tornati quattro mesi dopo un’ottima cena. Che delusione! Cosa è successo? Antipasto di tonno crudo minimale (50 g al massimo), poi orata al sale per due (circa 700 grammi al modico costo di 80€) di sapore salmastro, per finire dolcetti di modesta fattura. Una bottiglia di vino da 40€ che su internet si compra per 15€. Insomma circa 210€ per mangiar male. Cosa resta di positivo? La splendida vista sul golfo e su tutto

22/05/2025: Casi siempre marcamos la opción "Vista Escénica" en los filtros TA, pero se nos permitió elegir durante nuestra visita a la ciudad costera de Camogli, Italia. A menudo nos preocupamos un poco por los restaurantes basados en hoteles que tememos que hayan terminado, con un precio que cubre sus gastos generales extensos, pero Il Doge valió la pena la pequeña prima.
Los langostinos a la parrilla eran algunos de los mejores que habíamos probado - condimento encantador, cáscara principal cortésmente quitado, cocinado justo para estar tierno y jugoso. Tenía la pasta de mariscos que era delicioso.
Una ventaja adicional era que su terraza tenía toldos y el clima pronosticaba algunas duchas que pasaban por allí. Así que pudimos sentarnos bajo su protección y disfrutar de nuestras vistas panorámicas a pesar de un toque de inclemencias del tiempo.
