04/02/2025: We had lunch with friends on Sunday 26 January, what can I say!!! a fantastic discovery. Small but welcoming place, it felt like we had stepped back in time.
Riccardo the owner was very kind (together with his family and staff)
We ate divinely and had generous portions.
Experience to be repeated as soon as possible.
Thank you Riccardo for the welcome and the delicious cuisine.

14/01/2025: The food is excellent, generous portions and a rustic, Tuscomaremma and well-kept environment. The best of the cuisine of upper Lazio, with influences from the Tuscia Viterbese, the Tuscan Maremma and south-western Umbria. Absolutely worth coming. Even the bread (Tusco type) and the pasta are absolutely top quality. I recommend the full-bodied and sparkling house red wine at the same time, in a land notoriously where wine is the nectar of the gods (Etruscans...)... super!!!
09/01/2025: If you love a simple trattoria in a rustic setting with quality and expertly cooked food, excellent grilled meat. I'll be back thank you.
