06/04/2025: Even though we have been frequenting the area for years, we had never ventured to have pizza in Sipicciano. I will only say that we have been there twice in less than a week, captivated by the traditional and homely approach combined with a search for quality that overflows from all sides. Well-chosen raw materials, you can tell from the cold cuts, the mozzarella and other cheeses, the Evo oil. But what really struck us was the thin and crispy pizza, cooked to perfection even on a very crowded Saturday night. You can tell from the second bite that it is digestible, another sign of quality. Efficient service, kindness and some touches of class, like the liqueurs at the end of the meal or the tables not stuck together, so you feel respected and don't necessarily hear the "neighbors" going on. With some sound-absorbing panels and a few tweaks to the lighting, this perfect pizzeria would become perfect.

22/02/2025: Discovered this evening by chance but really pleasantly surprised, in a quiet environment it almost feels like being at home like in the past, three fantastic guys served us divinely and impeccably, perfectly coordinated with each other, bringing us fantastic thin pizzas, to say the least, well cooked and expertly seasoned. The bill was very honest for everything we took. Truly highly recommended...I can only put a photo of the brushed dishes because everything was really good...thank you, we will be back
