23/05/2025: Scoperto per caso in un paese molto bello, Castiglione in Teverina, questo posto ci ha stupito sia per la bellezza della location (bellissimo l' acquario a parete e la saletta esterna ) che soprattutto per la qualità delle materie prime , strepitosi funghi porcini nelle fettuccine fatte in casa, le pappardelle fresche , le patate novelle al forno buonissime, la grigliata, l' agnello panato , tutto davvero ottimo , con prezzi adeguati, unico consiglio, registratevi come Nuova Botticella e correggete il nome sulla pagina fb che crea un po' di confusione

06/08/2025: I bought two pizzas, and both looked (both visually and in texture and flavor) like those frozen pizzas you buy at a small supermarket. The dough was very thin and soggy, not crispy at all, and the "four cheese" pizza didn't even have two types, and the ones they did have were poor. The "Diavola" pizza was diavolo (bad) in the figurative sense, awful, again with almost no cheese, and the cured meats were raw! I've eaten many Diavola pizzas at other pizzerias, and in all of them, the cured meats should be cooked at the end of the process, not served raw! Far from being a true Italian pizza, it's a disgrace for Italy and a disappointment for those who buy it—a waste of money.
