05/08/2025: A good option for a quiet meal in a small village in northern Lazio. The appetizer is delicious, featuring local cured meats, cheeses, and ricotta. The Maremma-style ragù is a must-try. The baked potatoes, cooked in their skins, are excellent. Worth a stop.

A place where the ancient flavors of Maremma cuisine are blended with great wine, and where kind people offer excellent advice on dishes that don't need it. Giorgio is a great host, smiling from the moment we first arrived until we said goodbye. Solina is a place where family traditions, companionship, a quiet life, and the rest of the traveler are celebrated. Thank you all, especially for your hospitality.

03/03/2025: Pizzeria in the village, I'm fond of it, for me as I am gluten intolerant there are few choices, but the fries are good and cost only one euro!

04/02/2024: I tasted the loin and I went back in time... When my father made it ❤️The same goes for the sausages.
The beef is tasty and tender; personally I prefer cuts that are not too lean as they maintain this characteristic more. Advised!
