More than fair price for a quiet and relaxing family lunch for nine. The girl who served us (I imagine the owner) was very kind, attentive and very patient..... I highly recommend it!!

26/05/2025: The place is nice and we can't say we ate badly, but: we were extremely disappointed by the fried battered vegetables that only saw the shadow of vegetables; the artichoke and sausage lasagna was good, it's just a shame that the base was a little overcooked; the gnocchi had a smell of laurel that we believe was used to prepare the ragù sauce and for our tastes it was a jarring note; the gratin fennel was very good. Fair prices.
P.S. it is not expected that you can reply to the owner's response and so I will explain my comment on the battered vegetables more clearly: there was such a negligible quantity of vegetables (the one with the courgette contained half of a thin round!) that they were in fact fried batters and not fried battered vegetables. I didn't write that the lasagna was burnt - we wouldn't have eaten it - but that the base was a little overcooked. I hope my comment is clearer.
07/04/2025: Wonderful discovery during the visit to the Soratte bunker, which is just a few minutes walk away. Encouraged by the excellent reviews which have been fully confirmed. Informal but very nice restaurant, with an excellent and kind welcome. Menu not at all banal, with very beautiful and tasty dishes; with particular attention to seasonality.
Definitely recommended!!!

24/03/2025: Consigliato vivamente da altri avventori siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti, il posto molto carino con un enorme camino che oltre a scaldare l’ambiente serve per grigliare di fronte ai clienti e questo vale la serata, abbiamo preso una fiorentina che dire buona è davvero dir poco era speciale e tutto annaffiato da un vino consigliato altrettanto buono. Tutti gentilissimi e molto cordiali
17/11/2024: Cucina deliziosa, qualità dei prodotti e soprattutto ambiente accogliente caldo e esteticamente molto curato.
La signora in sala è dolce e attenta. Il signore Sergio gioca un po’ sull’essere burbero e funziona, da’ una nota divertente al posto, certo se non fosse così buono non so quanto mi starebbe simpatico. Prezzi un po’ sopra le righe, diciamo così. Però una tantum ci sta!

01/04/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per le recensioni più che positive su TripAdvisor e non abbiamo sbagliato!
Il menù è uguale per tutti, a prezzo fisso. Si compone di cinque antipasti, due assaggi di primo, un secondo di carne alla griglia, presentato su uno spiedo al centro di un piatto da portata che propone,oltre ai contorni di patate ed insalata, anche un mix di frutta. Dolce a scelta tra varie proposte, caffè e amaro. Acqua e vino compreso nel prezzo.
Tutte le pietanze sono state di nostro gradimento, alcune appartenenti alla cucina tradizionale ed altre con abbinamenti ricercati.
I prodotti utilizzati sono di qualità. Accoglienza calorosa, servizio gentile e veloce.
Sicuramente un buon punto di riferimento a Sant'Oreste.
Consigliato.

19/05/2025: We went on Saturday night, a quiet evening in a very welcoming place. Impeccable service and kind and friendly staff. From the appetizer with bruschetta and fried food to the pizza, everything was delicious. The potato balls with cheese and speck were exquisite. We will definitely be back
24/03/2025: Exceptional! Very digestible pizza, the best in the area.... excellent quality of dishes and very friendly and helpful managers, already the third time I've been there and I've always had a great time, well done!

07/04/2025: I went for lunch with my partner. The room that acts as a terrace with a beautiful panoramic view is very beautiful. Things didn't start well because, due to a mix-up on their part, they forgot about our order for the first courses which arrived a little late and the manager apologized by letting us enjoy a very good and unique chickpea pie. As a first course we had fettuccine with bacon, asparagus and pecorino, I must say very good and an appropriate portion. For my second course I took a sliced steak with rocket and cherry tomatoes with a side of chicory. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the cut too much. My partner had the pork loin with plums with a side of baked potatoes, he liked the dish. For dessert I had the meringue, very good and not too sweet while my partner enjoyed the cake with ricotta and pistachio. We finished with coffee and grappa offered by the owner. Staff who served us were very young and courteous.
23/02/2025: Prenotato un tavolo giovedì per la domenica con vista esterna , arriviamo e il ragazzo mi dice non c’è posto fuori assurdo , ci siamo seduti alle 13,50 alle 15 ancora ci dovevano portare le bibite
Cibo improponibile pasta scotta , abbacchio scottadito al sangue , clienti inferociti , fumo di cottura della carne che invade la sala , credo che l’organizzazione di un ristorante non possa essere svolta in questo modo improvvisato

In genere non sono amante dei banchetti ma Panta Rei si è distinto in tutto!!!!

24/07/2024: Leggo parecchie recensioni positive. La struttura in effetti è carina e la piscina specialmente con questo caldo è un valore aggiunto.
Abbiamo dormito. Camere ok, se devo fare una critica riguarda la insonorizzazione delle camere (sentivo perfettamente quello che accadeva nella stanza accanto).
La mattina della partenza una gentile signora con bimba ha dimostrato attenzione e la capacità di capire cosa il cliente si aspetta (dovevamo pagare e il PC non partiva, ci ha offerto un caffè nella attesa, un gesto che predispone bene).
Il giorno prima due addetti (uomo e donna) non hanno a mio avviso dimostrato la stessa capacità. A loro modo si son dati da fare, ma battutine in risposta a richieste o un "mo o famo" o ancora peggio "già fatto" senza sapere veramente la situazione, possono irritare. Questo vuole esser un consiglio, cari ragazzi, il cliente arriva, vi rispetta e si aspetta attenzione e non sopportazione. Generalmente chi offre ospitalità porta pazienza, il cliente, premessa l'educazione, tendenzialmente si aspetta di ricevere quanto è auspicabile per una struttura con questo potenziale.
Sospendo il giudizio sul pranzo dato che sono vegetariano e credo il posto sia più da carnaioli.
Ultima osservazione: premetto che chiamando al cell si arriva a parlare con qualcuno, ma spesso capita che in struttura non vi sia nessuno, nel bene e nel male.

24/09/2023: Bar-ristorante di ottima qualità, sia taglieri che primi, gustosi verdure grigliate, dusponibili secondo stagione. Personale sempre gentile, affabil e simpatico. Grande extra: posizione con vista sulla vallata del tevere e i monti sabini.
