After eating an excellent appetizer of beans with pork rinds and chickpeas with cod, I had to, against my will, send back two plates of overcooked gnocchi. Amedeo's disorganized reaction surprised me (a wrong dish can happen), a minimally balanced restaurateur apologizes and asks to propose the dish again, not him, he accused us of having sent the dishes back deliberately to avenge a prolonged wait. We were in no hurry, we urged the waitress, because after an hour of waiting we thought they had forgotten. As a customer I felt offended and I don't think I will set foot there again.
