27/04/2025: Yet another missed opportunity to create a restaurant of some interest in the province of Rome.
A beautiful place.
Almost no competition.
But dishes that are not very characteristic and cooked with some technical shortcomings.
It can improve!
22/04/2025: Typical cuisine. So much kindness, education and friendliness. The restaurant is surrounded by nature, beautiful both day and night. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms was delicious, the meat very tender. My best wishes to the restaurateur.
