30/08/2025: It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars. We were welcomed into a refined and elegantly designed setting, where every detail, from the lighting to the choice of furnishings, contributes to creating a warm and thoughtful atmosphere, perfect for a delicious and relaxing dinner. The menu immediately won us over, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The appetizers were a true triumph of freshness and delicacy: the tuna carpaccio melted in the mouth, perfectly balanced in flavor, as did the panzanella, revisited with taste and lightness. The dolphinfish and sea bream carpaccios were also exceptional, showcasing the quality of the fish elegantly and without excess. For main courses, we sampled both the heifer and tuna tataki: two dishes impeccably cooked, flavorful, and presented. The heifer tataki, in particular, is striking for its tenderness and intense yet never overpowering flavor, while the tuna tataki maintains a surprising freshness and delicacy. To conclude on a sweet note, a simply perfect chocolate cake, with a soft and enveloping center, and a delicate yet bold crème brûlée. In short, the perfect finale to a memorable tasting experience. Everything was accompanied by a selection of wines, capable of enhancing each course without ever overpowering it: a smooth and structured red perfectly complemented everything. In short, a restaurant that combines elegance, quality, and passion in every detail. A true gem not to be missed.

21/12/2025: We visited this restaurant and pizzeria with 35 people after a volleyball match. Even though we lost the game, we were truly pampered by the attentive and friendly service and excellent food. The pizza was delicious, with a light and crispy crust, and the bruschetta was truly delicious. The convenient on-site parking was also noteworthy. A highly recommended place, and we'll gladly return!

22/07/2025: Poor service; the side dish was taken away from us while we were eating. The appetizer for two was as if it were for half a person. Four steaks were ordered medium rare, but the main course was well done and tough. The appetizer and steak were priced high at €40 per person.

08/12/2025: Simple pizza by the slice, but really good and well-made. The owner is friendly and has a cool motorbike!

17/11/2025: Arrived in town on a Sunday evening! There happened to be a market? A lovely place with lots of people and a great host! Finally, we saw the pilgrimage motto! The owner was just too busy 😊 Let us stamp it ourselves 💪

26/12/2025: For goodness sake, I went in to get some pizza, but the guy started spraying window cleaner while the pizza was still under there. So, it was a truly disgusting act done in front of customers. I pointed it out, and even the girl behind the counter snapped at me... they were supposed to be closing, so anything goes! I'll never set foot in there again, and I've advised everyone I know against it! If it's done in front of customers, imagine what they'll do next...

01/12/2025: Now a meeting point for all motorcyclists taking the Cassia. Good service, delicious coffee, well-maintained restrooms.

25/01/2026: We had a really lovely lunch here on a wet Saturday! All the food was really nice, excellent antipasto, good portion size and reasonable prices. Very nice service.

15/08/2025: Slightly outside Formello, surrounded by greenery. Nice place with ample parking, home-cooked food, and friendly staff. The house wine is cheap, the local vegetables are excellent. We had excellent fettuccine with meat sauce, as was the chicken with peppers. Reasonably priced, we had a great time. The only complaint is the chairs... the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. Otherwise, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a casual, homey place.
