18/05/2026: Oasi del Colle is a unique, precious experience, nestled in the Sabina countryside, in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The two-story facility is surrounded by a garden where guests can enjoy the warmer months; inside, cleanliness and decor are absolutely guaranteed. The management is transparent and fair, and the coordinator is always available and responds promptly both by phone and WhatsApp. I've been taking my father, an 87-year-old man, to Oasi for eight months now, and I've never encountered a single problem or issue.

15/09/2025: Drink Bar is a classic example of a café, located in the main square, where the "villagers" gather, meeting and exchanging thoughts, even with those from other places (foreigners). The small historic center of Collevecchio is frequented by Romans, but has long been a popular destination for "foreigners" from Northern Europe, friendly people who perhaps have settled permanently in this corner of Sabina, and who socialize with the locals. Outsiders easily meet at Drink Bar, and every day is worth experiencing, like a celebration of drinks and various snacks, which the locals are always ready to share. The owners are also friendly and always attentive to service.
