13/10/2025: We had the most wonderful stay. Francesca made everything effortless for us, and we were so grateful for her help. She even helped connect us with their preferred driving company to get us to Rocca Massima from Rome and Emilio was excellent.
It was challenging to find meals in town, so we were grateful that Locanda dell' Arcangelo provided some of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. We got to visit Tipico which has olive oils, jams, and wine from the area and is run by the hotel.
This hotel has a complimentary breakfast with limited hours and an excellent dinner menu. Lunch was not offered when we visited, but there are a few nearby restaurants and a small grocery which has deli options for sandwiches.
We did not do "Flying in the Sky" which is the one main attraction but instead walked around Rocca Massima and took in the sights. Parco delle Rimembranze / Parco della Memoria was lovely to walk through. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding we attended in Cori. Otherwise would have never known about this special place!

29/08/2025: Beautiful and very quaint place. Super friendly staff, attentive to various intolerances. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, the pizza is truly excellent, including the gluten-free pizza, which is among the best I've ever had, and the artisanal ice cream is delicious. We'll definitely be back.
27/08/2025: Beautiful view from Roccamassima... family-run restaurant, excellent service provided by young girls... smiling and friendly... excellent, healthy and freshly cooked cuisine... obsessive hygiene... very clean bathrooms with the most comfortable amenities... for a mountain restaurant, the toilets are also suitable for elderly people... I will gladly return, I was very satisfied... I recommend it to my best friends... chapeau

14/09/2025: Excellent and easy-to-digest pizza, friendly and courteous staff, excellent value for money. Recommended.
03/09/2025: We visited the place to go zip lining and stopped here for a quick bite to eat, partly because the view from the veranda is truly remarkable and the reviews seemed good.
There wasn't much pizza left, but the guy who served us still managed to prepare a delicious lunch: the pizza was excellent, as were the drinks and coffee.
What struck us most, however, was the guy's kindness and professionalism. 5 stars (or even 6!) for the welcome, the helpfulness, and the conversation! Thank you so much; if we ever come back this way, we'll definitely stop by again.

Agriturismo La Rocca dei Briganti

30/11/2025: I took advantage of their "Taste and Relax" package, which includes an overnight stay, exclusive use of the wellness area for one hour, and dinner. The rooms are absolutely simple, but nothing is missing. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by the wellness area; the water wasn't quite as hot as I expected, but it's also true that the outside temperature was really low. The neck massage waterfall and counter-current swimming, as described, were missing. But the real surprise, worth the price (which is still low), was the dinner. I should point out that they have zero-mile products from their farm and included a rich antipasto (cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, fried polenta, etc., etc.) and their cheeses are SUBLIME!!!! From a choice of two first courses, we chose fettuccine with Chianina ragù and a sprinkling of truffle...and to say they were deliciously excellent is an understatement. This was followed by a rich mixed grill, cooked on their warm open brazier. Their meat is truly mouth-watering, and the house wine, water, and coffee are included in the price. The staff is friendly, kind, and attentive. The acres of land surrounding the property are an oasis of peace, relaxation, and tranquility, and their animals are wonderful. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll be back to eat there, because it's definitely worth it!
25/10/2025: Close to a dog training center that offers weekend classes, they don't accept dogs.. Geniuses!

08/06/2025: A pleasant coffee break at this bar in the heart of Rocca Massimo. A quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. You can dine on the lovely veranda outside the bar, or there are outdoor tables. Next time, I'll definitely try an aperitivo. A positive experience.

04/05/2025: Servizio sufficientemente valido. Qualità e cottura carne molto scadente. Menu assolutamente non corrispondente a quello che viene portato a tavola. Fuochista presentuoso e permaloso.
