03/04/2025: Pessima esperienza che non ripeterò mai più, pagare 16 € per un panino al kebab per mangiare solo pane strapieno di olio delle melanzane e del kebab nemmeno l'ombra, ho dovuto lasciarlo lì e andare via digiuno. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

11/08/2025: The helpfulness and courtesy of the staff are undeniable, in a place that sells a bit of everything, from pastries to cookies, from donuts to pizza by the slice, including chocolate, cakes, parfaits, and coffee. The variety is remarkable, but despite my two attempts, I couldn't find the same quality in the products offered. I tried both the donuts and the pastries, but neither met my expectations. The flavor was pleasant, but not enough to make me think I'd buy them again.

16/06/2025: Sinceramente non saprei da dove iniziare: cibo immangiabile, un polipo viscido e molliccio...il resto dall'antipasto incommentabile. Il pacchero ai frutti di mare non aveva neppure l'odore del mare, il pesce spada...lasciamo stare. Il contorno poi, è arrivato dopo 20 minuti dal secondo! Un servizio pessimo, una cameriera scorbutica che ha negato il bis ai bimbi ( che, tra l'altro, sono rimasti digiuni ), per poi andare dietro al banco frigo a mangiare le pietanze che aveva in più. Pulizia zero, atrio e bagni che è meglio non descrivere. Il tempo di attesa tra una portata e l'altra è stato infinito e, dulcis in fondo, per la durata di tutto il "pranzo", le bibite a tavola sono state perennemente calde( ieri c'erano 35 gradi) e, il vuoto è rimasto lì per ore... Potrei continuare ma , meglio fermarmi qui. Ci saremmo almeno aspettati le scuse del proprietario e di tutto il personale...ma, l'arroganza regna sovrana... a mai più!

17/08/2025: The only disappointment of our Pantelleria vacation. We stop for a cocktail before dinner in Scauri. We're seated at a table just above the entrance stairs, opposite the restrooms. Mosquitoes galore. No menu: a young man comes up and asks, "What do you want to drink?" I order a mojito, and my wife orders a non-alcoholic Moscow Mule, per the suggestion. We're told the cocktails come with appetizers. The cocktails arrive: the Moscow Mule is okay, the Mojito is unbalanced, but nothing too serious. The appetizers will be arriving soon, the young man says. 10 minutes pass, and we see the young man smoking calmly. We resign ourselves, nothing will arrive, oh well. Five minutes pass, and a colleague notices what's missing: a small bowl of chips and a bowl of cashews arrives. Bill: 18 euros. As I pay, I see great attention and conversation at the table with regulars. Probably two idiots like us passing by, not worthy of even minimal service. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I must admit I was annoyed by the general attitude. It's a tourist spot and the customer is on vacation, but there's a limit.
