19/05/2025: Pervenuto in questo ristorante un pò per caso con 3 amici di sabato a pranzo, ci siamo fatti guidare in un percorso cibo-vino indimenticabile. Il cibo è veramente eccezionale. A partire dalla materia prima, alla preparazione e presentazione, abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare piatti ottimi. Per quanto riguarda la carta dei vini è veramente ben fornita (con qualche chicca niente male!), ma vi consiglio di farvi guidare dal personale che si è dimostrato appassionato oltre che ovviamente competente. Relativamente allo staff, abbiamo trovato persone gentili e un servizio impeccabile e molto veloce! Relativamente al locale, è molto accogliente e con una vista su Cori molto suggestiva. Se capitate d’estate vale fare l’aperitivo nel loro giardino! Nota: non fatevi sfuggire il tavolo dei liquori!

03/05/2025: Typical tavern in the center of Cori. A little hidden, inside the Hotel del Colle. Location still stuck in the 70s with a small, very private internal garden. Very friendly welcome, but the real difference is made by Giuseppe, a unique and unrepeatable host, he believes in his profession with every cell of his heart, passionate and in love with the dishes that his mother has been offering and cooking for more than 60 years, capable of narrating the menu in such a way that he could sell you anything and let you taste everything. The cuisine is real, authentic, passionate, with delicacies all homemade, from stuffed and non-stuffed pastas, sauces, cooked meats and desserts. Generous, tasty and characterful dishes. Simple, attentive and fast service. Prices in line with what is served.

14/05/2025: We ate at this restaurant and had a great time. The kindness of the staff makes you feel at ease in a clean and well-furnished environment. The food is excellent, the photos don't do it justice. The prices are fair. I thought I would spend more because the quality of what we ate and drank is very high. There are parking lots right next to the tavern.

30/04/2025: Small and pleasant restaurant located at the entrance to the beautiful historic center of Cori. The place is well kept, inside with an original mezzanine that uses its height to make room for other tables... even if in some details it feels the weight of the years, you can see the commitment of the managers to keep it at its best. In good weather it also has a gazebo and outdoor seating in the front gardens, which must be really pleasant. Simple but attentive welcome, we had two starters, two second courses (a cut and a portion of scallops) and two side dishes, coffee, water and 1/2 house white wine. Very good quality of ingredients and preparation of dishes. The quantity is also good. The fact that it is also frequented by local people is a good business card. I don't know how to place the price, a total of €75 for two people, for a meal that isn't complete... not too much but not too little... In any case, not expensive, and we ate well, that's what's important. Good address, as far as my opinion is worth, recommended!

L’azienda vinicola mette in mostra tutto il suo bel repertorio nella degustazione messa in tavola insieme a ottimi piatti serviti con un occhio di riguardo sia alla bellezza che alla qualità del piatto. Un soggiorno da consigliere, e chissà magari anche da ripetere

02/02/2025: Cincinnato Wine Resort è un luogo magico nel cuore dei Monti Lepini. Da famosa cantina del territorio, hanno creato un ambiente che sa di magia. Il ristorante è un open space vetrato che si affaccia sui vigneti, offrendo un panorama spettacolare che si estende dalla pianura pontina fino al mare. Gli ampi spazi aperti lo rendono ideale anche per le famiglie con bambini. L'arredamento è caldo e accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli. La mise en place è degna di un ristorante stellato. Il menù alla carta propone piatti ricercati, perfettamente abbinabili ai vini di loro produzione. È possibile anche optare per percorsi degustativi completi, che includono antipasto, primo, secondo, sorbetto e dolce. Sono disponibili due percorsi: uno da 60€ e un altro da 70€, quest’ultimo con vini più strutturati. In entrambi i casi, ogni portata è accompagnata da un calice di vino selezionato in abbinamento. I piatti valorizzano materie prime di alta qualità del territorio e sono tutti di altissimo livello. Le porzioni sono equilibrate, permettendo di assaggiare ogni portata senza sentirsi appesantiti. Il Brasato di manzo su crema di cavolfiore e patate, spinacio al burro e riduzione di Nero Buono, accompagnato dal vino Kora, è stato semplicemente indescrivibile: uno dei piatti più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato. Il servizio è impeccabile: attento, presente, ma mai invadente. I tempi di attesa sono perfettamente bilanciati, né troppo lunghi né troppo rapidi, permettendo di godersi l’esperienza senza fretta. Dopo pranzo, mentre i bambini si divertivano sul prato, ci siamo rilassati nel giardino di fronte alla splendida piscina a sfioro, che sembra fondersi con i vigneti e il panorama circostante. Il tutto accompagnato da un calice di Solina e Prosecco della loro eccellente cantina. I prezzi, considerando il livello della cucina e dell’esperienza, sono assolutamente onesti. Se volete vivere un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello senza spendere cifre esorbitanti in un ristorante stellato, questo è il posto perfetto. Parola di Boris Genovese.

29/05/2025: Festeggiamo il 25 maggio la cresima Location 5* pulita e curata nei minimi particolari Qualità, quantità e presentazione piatti 5* cibo genuino e ben bilanciato Accoglienza Top : Antonio ( il proprietario) una persona squisita, mi ha accontentata in tutte le richieste, ha addirittura regalato un dolce pensiero alla festeggiata sebbene non ci conoscessimo ed inoltre ci ha ospitato oltre il tempo consentito senza alcun sovrapprezzo né turbamento Torta finale eccezionale nell’aspetto e nella bontà con tanto di prosecco Magnum Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente Grazie ad Antonio e tutto lo staff che si è preso cura della festa 🎈 Continuate così siete Top !!!! ♥️

Nice room covered in wood, very warm. The upper floor has a view towards the floor below.
