23/01/2025: I went to celebrate a birthday. I appreciated the care and cleanliness of the internal and external spaces. The kindness of the staff, a special mention goes to Nicola who took care of my daughter's vegan lunch. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the kitchen; one above all, they served us strips of veal, even of low quality, considering that they couldn't be chewed, passing them off as sliced!!! I may not be Cannavacciulo but I know the difference between tagliatelle and straccetti. And I'll stop here 😞

25/12/2024: For years now it has been our ideal location for anniversaries and holidays, the cuisine, the menu always at the top....you have to be very demanding to speak badly of this place......applause to the management, the kitchen staff and to all those who make this place impeccable.

04/01/2025: A welcoming and familiar place, with a very nice and kind host. Excellent wine combined with simple and genuine culinary proposals, with local products. All immersed in the magical atmosphere of San Donato. Only one thing you shouldn't do: ask for a spritz!!😂

19/10/2024: The place is very beautiful, with the wall with restored stones. In the summer it is cool inside while in the cold season there are no problems because there is a small wood stove that heats the whole room making your stay comfortable. It is also possible to eat or drink outdoors due to the presence of external tables. WINES: there is a large variety of wines to taste and with the help of Marco "tartufo" (Sommelier and owner) you will surely choose the wine that best suits your tastes. Furthermore there is also prosecco. BEERS: there are craft beers FOOD: the cuisine is traditional, onions, meatballs with sauce, soup, platter with local cured meats and cheeses and much more to taste All very good! The restaurant is located in a central and easily accessible position. I highly recommend you try this experience in this ancient "cellar".

22/12/2024: I honestly do not know why anyone would rate this place less than 5 stars. It's absolutely fantastic. The staff were courteous, the food was AMAZING and the prices for farm fresh food was wonderful. The lamb was exquisite (and I don't use that word ever). The antipasto and the soup was delicious! I don't know what else to say about the place. I took a look at the other reviews under five stars and think they're crazy. This place deserves 6 stars.

13/09/2024: All delicious and prepared with quality ingredients, the oil they produce has a flavor that is difficult to describe in words, I recommend trying it. Friendly, fast and prepared staff

24/12/2024: In un paesino della provincia di Frosinone San Donato Val di Comino ho scoperto un meraviglioso locale ristorante 'Baccano' esteticamente curato nei minimi particolari, elegante raffinato e riservato, nel momento esatto in cui entri ti perdi nelle grandissime finestre negli specchi nei quadri. Staff premuroso e gentilissimo. Cucina eccellente che ti ruba il palato con prodotti di prima scelta, qualità con particolari accostamento di sapori.. altro grande punto forte è la cantina dei vini di altissimo livello....persino la musica di sottofondo è ricerca ed adatta all ambiente....un locale che coccola esattamente tutti i 5 sensi . Spero di tornarci presto

18/12/2024: Beh luogo a dir poco favoloso. Superlativa ambientazione e ottima attenzione ai dettagli. La nuova chicca del caveau rende questo ristorante uno dei più belli in zona. Servizio buono, il proprietario ha ottime capacità per il sostegno nella scelta dei vini. Camerieri attenti e simpatici. Piatti ricercati con prodotti locali. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci. Magari per una bella degustazione che so ne organizzano!
