09/10/2025: Negative Review – Lorella Restaurant/Pizzeria September 2025 • SOLO I've been ordering from this place since 2023, twice a week, always courteously and without ever complaining, even when the pizzas weren't ready at the agreed-upon time. Until July 2025, I considered myself a loyal customer. That evening, however, I received three pizzas burned on the bottom, with a very noticeable bitter taste. For the first time, with tact and respect, I asked if there was a problem with the oven, clarifying that I'd always been satisfied in the past. The owner's response? No apology, just arrogance: she said she'd made them herself and that they were perfect, even going so far as to send me a photo of her pizza, as if my opinion didn't matter. I've always waited patiently for my pizzas, even when I arrived on time and the owner was sitting at the table with her family having dinner, despite the restaurant's opening time being 6:00 PM. I've never complained. For personal reasons, I haven't ordered since July. Yesterday, I was finally able to resume my usual pizza routine and decided to return, hoping for a more professional welcome. Bad idea. Instead, I encountered the same smug and rude attitude. I politely asked her son if I could pay first so the pizzas wouldn't get cold, since I live quite a distance away. Instead of taking care of it, the owner arrived and arrogantly told me, "Check them first, so if there are any problems, you can report them right away." An unpleasant welcome, to say the least—as if she were assuming I'd complain again. And as if that weren't enough, the same order that I'd always paid €24 suddenly went up to €30, without any explanation. I'm sorry to say this, but I'll never set foot in that place again—and I told them so straight away. It's not enough to know how to make pizza: you need to respect your customers, especially the loyal ones. It's not a complaint that ruins a relationship, but the way you choose to respond. I never questioned the price or asked for discounts or special treatment. I could have paid more, but that certainly wasn't the point. The problem was the way I was treated, with a lack of respect that a customer—loyal or otherwise—should never receive. I have never allowed myself to mistreat anyone or be disrespectful. In fact, I have always paid for and respected the work of others. But respect must be mutual. Writing a review means sharing an experience, for better or for worse. Respect, however, should remain the foundation of discussion, something that unfortunately was completely lacking in your message. Perhaps you should examine your conscience before gratuitously accusing someone who simply shares their experience. A negative review isn't a personal attack: it's an opinion. 10/02/2026: For a €9 takeout pizza, you'd expect it to arrive hot, which unfortunately didn't happen. I also had to wait 15 minutes; considering the 40-minute wait the previous time, the service was rather disappointing. A negative experience.

31/01/2026: We found this restaurant by chance to break up our journey and avoid lunch on the highway, just 5 minutes from the Anagni exit. A complete set menu for just €13 per person (first course, second course, side dish, and water), with a choice of meat and seafood. Generous portions and flavorful dishes, simple yet well-prepared. The friendly and helpful staff readily accommodated the request of a child who didn't like any of the main courses on the daily menu. Excellent value. Recommended!

01/08/2025: Horrible, I took 2 portions of ravioli, which are usually eaten with soy sauce, and they replied that the sauce is paid for, then the famous "all you can eat" and limited to one portion per person of tartar...... For me it should be eliminated from catering.

31/12/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give one star (if it were possible, I would have given it 0). I was a customer for many years, then, after being mocked, I stopped coming. One day, as I often did, I ordered mutton (I always ordered the rib wall, so to speak), I ordered everything, and then left Rome to pick up the meat. I arrived and the owner told me, "I gave you the shoulder part, which is the best; it's the tastiest." I was surprised to reply, saying that I had always ordered the ribs and that I wasn't interested in the shoulder. To save the whole thing, I discovered that he had sold it to a friend of his and that he only had the shoulder left. A truly disgusting and disrespectful gesture towards a customer who, incidentally, had left Rome. I will never go back.

15/10/2025: Isabella, a charming girl... she walks you through the tasting of cheeses, cured meats, and house specialties as if she were your best friend! Everything is accompanied by excellent bottles of various kinds, from red to sparkling wines, as in our case! A truly remarkable experience! Well done, well done, and everything was delicious!

19/10/2025: This bar is easy to get to from the San Magno parking lot. I sat at the outside tables and had a chocolate chip bag (excellent) and a ginseng. The service was excellent and the restrooms were clean. I'll definitely stop by again if I'm in the area again.
