04/12/2025: My family and I have been customers at this beautiful and super cozy little place for a couple of years now. The pizza is truly delicious, light, and contrary to what some people say, the ingredients used are truly top-quality; only ignorant people would say otherwise. The quality is fair, especially since you can't eat anywhere else for €10-15 these days. Highly recommended!!!

03/01/2026: I've tried pizza at Bongustaio several times, but the pizza is so dry, you throw it like a Frisbee. The electric oven dries out the pizzas, too much; a wood-fired oven is much better. It's up to the pizza chef to cook them less to keep them a little softer, but most of the pizza chefs I've seen overcooked them. The ingredients, some of them good, but the vegetables leave a lot to be desired, given that they use frozen eggplant, zucchini, and peppers. The buffalo mozzarella is mini mozzarella. It's not real buffalo mozzarella, nor is the burrata, ditto. The sandwiches are ridiculously expensive, considering how small they are, and they don't even come with fries. The cashier responds automatically to both compliments and criticisms, making it clear that she doesn't give a damn about customer opinions, just like the owner. In short, there are much, much better pizzerias.

06/11/2025: The dough is made with poor-quality flour, indigestible, hard, and heavy, unless you get the Kamut version, which is more expensive. The fillings and toppings leave much to be desired. After three orders (there's no such thing as a two without three), I pass and... I'm done!
