12/04/2025: We booked looking at reviews that seemed positive and we weren't wrong. Excellent trattoria with good food, excellent wine and honest prices. There were 9 of us, all happy with the lunch.

07/04/2025: It's been a long time since we ate here and with that said and done, here we are back..... Everything was absolutely good and genuine, they really delighted our palates. Punctual and impeccable service, they pamper you. Until next time. Romina and Renzo.

18/03/2025: I was here on the second Sunday of March for the first time. Upon arrival I was a little disappointed by the outside of the place, which I found a little anonymous and dull. Inside, however, I found a completely different environment, warm and welcoming: copper pots, wooden beams, open kitchen with fireplace. Let's get to the menu: varied and refined proposals. A very extensive wine list. Quality raw materials, even the plating is taken care of. The orange pigeon is exceptional. Small note on the dessert I had: it was proposed to me as a sacher with orange jam, but in the end it was more of a warm chocolate cake. We were served by three young girls, who were discreet throughout the service; I really appreciated the service of an entrée while waiting for the first courses. The prices are a little above average but overall justified by the whole. I would absolutely stay here again; I would only recommend paying a little more attention to taking care of the external environment, which I consider to be just as important as the internal one.

His knowledge and skill make it a masterpiece, bringing quality to each of his dishes. Edoardo, his brother, will be able to give you a friendly and professional welcome, to make your experience unique. 16/03/2025: The restaurant at Carmine is located above the town of Miane and offers a beautiful view of the town and the Prosecco hills. The very nice and well-furnished place offers excellent local dishes, good meat main courses. Must try the inevitable skewer and the appetizers..be careful, everything is plentiful, excellent service..well done 💯 ❤️👍🏻

14/04/2025: We stopped by the day before for a glass of Prosecco and decided to have lunch the next day. And we weren't disappointed. We all ordered a different dish and were able to try four antipasti, three primi, and the skewer. A real treat. So if you're in the area, stop by for a visit. It's worth it.

03/04/2025: What a wonderful and authentic place! We only ate there. The food was very tasty. We had a starter and pasta, both of which were very good. Very nice hostess who helped and advised us. We would definitely recommend it!
