06/04/2024: Dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant was an absolute delight! The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. I had the most delicious pasta of my life right here. 🍝
Also, the dessert was spectacular, super fresh and energizing.

29/03/2024: Sublime cuisine, impeccable service and what more could you ask for?
Inviting food already from the menu description and execution carried out to perfection.
The service is at the right times, neither too fast nor too slow so that you can enjoy the dishes but never go hungry, kindness and courtesy are always present.
Fair prices for what is on offer and the possibility of paying as you prefer.
Definitely recommended and also it is certain that I will return 👍😉

Pretty good food, very affordable prices
But too long to wait to eat and between one course and another

07/04/2024: Rather friendly welcome but big disappointment with the pizzas. Canned mushrooms… The mozzarella wasn’t any or was it mixed with something else? Very strong smell which covers everything else… We reported it to the waitress at the end of the meal because 2 pizzas out of 4 were practically not eaten, and we were told that it's always like that in Italy… uh no sorry it's not because we don't speak Italian and we come from Switzerland that we don't know how to recognize mozzarella. First disappointment in Aosta in over 25 years.
Toilets should be avoided whatever happens.

22/02/2024: Absolutely wonderful little place to eat. They made me a vegan mushroom risotto as there wasn't anything on the menu. It was delicious. The staff couldn't be nicer.
18/02/2024: In the city center of Aosta in a charming little pedestrian alley, this restaurant removed from the tourist flow is really charming and warm 💖
The manager is very welcoming, a musical atmosphere adds romance to this place thanks to a young saxophone player who covers the classics of romantic music.
The price-quality ratio is appreciable.
I highly recommend !!!

04/03/2024: Siamo stati qua leggendo le recensioni e non ci siamo sbagliati . Abbiamo assaggiato antipasto prosciutto crudo e lardo molto buono poi abbiamo preso la Tomahawk ( bistecca) ed era buonissima ;di contorno c’erano verdure al forno , ceci e patate nella norma , niente di eccezionale mentre i camerieri gentilissimi ..

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti dei vari filetti crudi e delle tartare (per essere proprio precisini, la tartare forse troppo condita, avrei messo meno acciughe e capperi per dare piu risalto alla carne).
Abbiamo poi preso 3.6 Kg di costata di manzetta, ottima e cucinata alla perfezione.
Vini e amari buoni e per ogni fascia di prezzo.
Il servizio e' preciso e attento, non ruffiano (come piace a me).
Conto giusto per quello che si e' consumato

25/11/2023: Venire a mangiare alla Grotta Azzurra è sempre simbolo del "buon ritrovo". In questo posticino sei sempre a casa, la cortesia dell'eleganza è sempre la padrona indiscussa.
In questa particolare occasione ho optato per una buona cena rapida e veloce, nel mentre profittavo della compagnia del personale per fare un'allegra chiaccherata di tanto in tanto.
La mia minuta esperienza parte con degli ottimi scialatelli della casa. Questi sono davvero uno dei cardini con cui il ristorante si è costruito il suo nome, un piatto decisamente succulento all'insegna del buon pomodoro.
Infine si prosegue con il dolce della casa, il tiramisù è una delle ultime chicche elaborate dalla casa. Una piccola prelibatezza a cui non si può dire di no.
Il tutto è stato accompagnato da una semplice bottiglia d'acqua naturale, insomma una cenetta neutra e piacevole.
Ci tornerò!
