27/08/2024: The place has changed its name today, it is called Adagio and I believe it is also managed. A very nice place in a place from times gone by, a small village rich in history and with its own charm. The place is located in the town square and is managed by two very nice and helpful sisters. We had dinner enjoying the dishes
places prepared with high quality raw materials. I suggest always booking because if you want to dine outdoors there are not many places. I would recommend the wild boar which in my opinion is very good. There is certainly no shortage of wines from the area which are an excellent pairing with the dishes. Try it.
15/08/2024: Umbrian flavors in a medieval location, professional staff who make you feel like family. Absolutely worth trying!

05/05/2025: The owners seem really nice people, but when we entered around 18.30 h., they did not seem to expect guests. We were sitting alone in a very large dining hall. Because we were suspicious about the quality of food, we only ordered antipasta (bruchetta), which was just eatable. We also ordered a draft beer (Heineken), which was so sour that it was undrinkable. (We come from beer-consuming countries, Belgium and the Netherlands, and are knowledgeable about how beer should taste.)

07/01/2025: Cacciagione fantastica, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Quantità abbondanti….insomma un posto da tornarci senza alcun dubbio. Grazie carretto!!!!!
06/01/2025: Location da sogno, immersa nel verde e circondata da cerbiatti, caprioli e daini che al mattino presto si recano al laghetto per dissetarsi. Camere rustiche e curate. Ristorante ottimo, la selvaggina è al centro del menù. Menzione d’onore al raviolo di capriolo e allo spezzatino di daino.
Ho vissuto e assaporato la vera Umbria, tornerò sicuramente.
