03/03/2025: We tried the “Scrocchiarella”, or Del Barba pizza with dough leavened for 48 hours. Very digestible and light pizza, “scocchia” for its airy and crunchy dough, we understood why the name! Excellent ingredients… But above all a super appreciated service for the attention and kindness of the autistic boy who looked after us. This is the real added value♥️ keep it up guys!

23/11/2024: Bellissimo posto,ma non si può andare troppo pieno, il cibo lascia un po' a desiderare meno la guancetta , veramente buona ,prezzo un po caro ,ma dato la posizione si puo capire,forse d"estate è più bello perche si mangia fuori ,e magari un taglierino

24/11/2024: Sunday 10 November 2024 my husband and I went here for lunch with a couple of old friends! We had a great time, we ate well, fresh ingredients, good food, excellent service, kind and friendly staff. Recommended for anyone passing through these parts.

11/03/2024: Nei pressi del casello autostradale di Rovereto Nord per la pausa pranzo mi sono imbattuto in questo Albergo Risotrante.
Piatti abbastanza tipici della zona (polenta, formaggi, wurstel, crauti) anche se porzioni non abbondanti come si poteva evincere dai camion parcheggiati nei pressi.
