His "non-butcher" vision shines through in every product: every cut, every preparation is the result of respect for the product and for those who will enjoy it. Alongside him, Simonetta enriches the experience with a touch of warmth and authenticity: her culinary creations—from home cooking to desserts—perfectly complement the experience. The tasting I enjoyed was a succession of pleasant surprises, where the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients are evident in every bite.
