At the entrance we were welcomed by a really nice and helpful lady who then followed us throughout the Brunch.
I would define the quality of the products as excellent. The Brunch is really rich and consists of different types of cakes, krapfen, mini brioches, fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, bread, wafers, jams and yogurt. Along with these products there is the possibility of choosing a hot drink and a cold drink.
The milk for the macchiato and cappuccino that we ordered as a hot drink had been freshly milked.
The perfect location for that context and the details are well taken care of.
Let me start by saying that I was given a voucher for a Brunch for two people, therefore I cannot indicate the quality - price ratio. In any case it is an excellent idea as a gift and we will be back soon!
30/09/2024: A very nice accommodation. The rooms are large and very clean. The host Monica is very friendly and helpful.
There was a delicious menu for dinner and the breakfast buffet was also extensive. A clear recommendation from me!

Ristorante Bar Al Lago

01/02/2025: We had a pretty bad time.
The restaurant presents itself as simple, there were no high expectations, we simply wanted to eat well and did not expect any particular comfort.
As a celiac, I asked the waitress if there were gluten-free options and she seemed quite inexperienced on the topic, so much so that she didn't even know that dairy products didn't contain gluten (it's 2025!).
As an appetizer we chose two platters of cured meats and cheeses, both clearly purchased at the supermarket, (cheese platter €10, ONLY 1 TYPE OF CHEESE, without even a minimum of variety in the types of cheeses chosen, obviously not quality).
The rest is normal, dumplings in broth and carne salada are edible but really nothing special, despite the not low prices.
The "House dish", which should have contained polenta, cheese, mushrooms and sausage, really "sad", especially the cheese (which was the same and ONLY cheese from the platter previously proposed), which they didn't even bother to make to the plate.
It's really a shame because the place inside is really nice and very welcoming.
Conclusion: unfortunately this restaurant is not worth a visit except for a short stop if you are in the area. Otherwise don't stop.

14/02/2025: Pranzo di passaggio prenotato per le 13.30. A causa di imprevisti lungo la strada siamo in notevole ritardo. Parliamo con il proprietario che ci agevola consentendoci di ordinare via WAP (così riusciamo a rispettare i tempi di chiusura della cucina). Viaggiamo con un ragazzo celiaco e dopo il nostro ordine è lui a ricordarsene e a suggerire alternative. COMPLIMENTI.
Il posto è molto bello, vicino alle cascate di Cavalese, che vale la pena visitare.
Servizio perfetto.Cibo di livello molto alto: eravamo in nove ed abbiamo assaggiato molti dei piatti del menù, tipico della zona.

02/11/2024: Agriturismo vero, con allevamento annesso.
Raggiungibile in auto e comodo per passeggiate pre e post pranzo, sia in piano sul lungo avisio sia con moderate salite verso le cascate.
Bello il locale, caldo e accogliente. Buone le pietanze provate e più che ragionevoli i prezzi (11,5 € canederli e spezzatino, 12 polenta funghi e tosella, 3,5 € il dolce).

11/08/2024: We stopped for a coffee break. Nice place, really friendly staff, the girl who served us gave us a lot of information on the cycle paths and was really very kind. The prices are honest, for 4 coffees and a beer we spent €4.70. Thanks again.

15/08/2024: Premetto che il prezzo per due notti per due persone ad agosto è stato di 280,00..... per la camera e il servizio offerto semplicemente ASSURDO, una grandissima fregatura.
Camera mansardata con piccola finestrella, polverosa e decisamente attempata. Il bagno: una cabina minuscola di plastica stile camper, se facevi la doccia si allagava tutto, e puzzava di pipì.
alcuni interessanti dettagli, tipo chiodo piantato per terra usato come fermaporta, sperando di vederlo prima di appoggiarci sopra un piede.
Posizione bella in mezzo al verde, ma rumorosa sia per la strada con parecchio passaggio di auto e moto (anche se non si direbbe), sia soprattutto per il fatto che già la mattina alle 6 proprietario e avventori del bar non si fanno alcun riguardo per i clienti che dormono di sopra, gli schiamazzi mi hanno svegliato entrambi i giorni.
Che dire inoltre del fatto che si chiama 'Ristorante Bar....', e che quindi si conti anche di poter mangiare lì, quando invece non fanno più ristorazione? Piuttosto ingannevole.
Unica cosa che può andare bene è stata la colazione, non male, anche se mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più visto il prezzo.
In conclusione, mi ha dato l'idea di un posto che (molti) anni fa poteva funzionare, ma è lasciato andare in disgrazia e non c'è più alcuna cura, almeno tenessero prezzi bassi, invece pure ti spennano.

Malga Arodolo

30/07/2023: Siamo stati oggi all malga pensando di poter mangiare cibi appetitosi del luogo.
Purtroppo qualsiasi scelta dal secondo al contorno fino al dolce è stata una delusione fatto salvo per la luganega.
Il fatto è che il cibo non era cattivo ma completamente senza sapori e aromi del luogo....Oltretutto le porzioni ridicole.
