01/03/2026: We had a fantastic stay. The Corradini family is very sweet and always made sure that we were taken care of. The food is all locally sourced and meals were excellent - so much food! Our room was very nice and had a patio with a beautiful view of a church built in the 1100's. Lots of outdoor activities in the area - we were there for the 2026 Winter Olympics, but also went for several snow hikes on well maintained trails with amazing views of the Dolomites, and went cross country skiing. There are a number of alpine ski areas nearby. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns of Cavalese and Predazzo.
06/02/2026: We were guests for brunch. They had an excellent selection of local products, both their own and others, and a quiet, intimate location in true Trentino style.

06/03/2026: The food is good, and I've been going there for years when I'm in Trento. The place is welcoming, the food is good, the desserts are good, and the prices are fair. What can I recommend? Excellent fries, excellent homemade tiramisu, and Sachertorte.
03/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was a delightful surprise. We were immediately greeted with kindness and friendliness, and we savored the local specialties in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere typical of Trentino. The cuisine is traditional and the food is truly delicious: I personally recommend the charcoal-cooked spätzle, the dumplings, and the strudel (traditional recipe). The staff is truly attentive and friendly. And the prices are also very reasonable, considering the quality. We'll definitely be back!

27/08/2025: Excellent refreshment stop after cycling the Dolomites. Very close to the bus stop that took us back to Canazei.
I took the liberty of solving the cutlery holder crossword puzzle ;)

14/02/2025: Pranzo di passaggio prenotato per le 13.30. A causa di imprevisti lungo la strada siamo in notevole ritardo. Parliamo con il proprietario che ci agevola consentendoci di ordinare via WAP (così riusciamo a rispettare i tempi di chiusura della cucina). Viaggiamo con un ragazzo celiaco e dopo il nostro ordine è lui a ricordarsene e a suggerire alternative. COMPLIMENTI.
Il posto è molto bello, vicino alle cascate di Cavalese, che vale la pena visitare.
Servizio perfetto.Cibo di livello molto alto: eravamo in nove ed abbiamo assaggiato molti dei piatti del menù, tipico della zona.

Raggiungibile in auto e comodo per passeggiate pre e post pranzo, sia in piano sul lungo avisio sia con moderate salite verso le cascate.
Bello il locale, caldo e accogliente. Buone le pietanze provate e più che ragionevoli i prezzi (11,5 € canederli e spezzatino, 12 polenta funghi e tosella, 3,5 € il dolce).

Malga Arodolo

30/07/2023: Siamo stati oggi all malga pensando di poter mangiare cibi appetitosi del luogo.
Purtroppo qualsiasi scelta dal secondo al contorno fino al dolce è stata una delusione fatto salvo per la luganega.
Il fatto è che il cibo non era cattivo ma completamente senza sapori e aromi del luogo....Oltretutto le porzioni ridicole.
