11/02/2025: Typical place and cared for in its essence, without too many pretensions I found myself in this welcoming environment that made me eat the best trout fillet of my life!! Excellent quality/price ratio, excellent quality fish, crispy potatoes and fresh, well-cut cappuccino starter. I would give 6 stars if it were possible. Simplicity sometimes makes it much better than many refined cuisines. Highly recommended

25/01/2025: Premesso che io non apprezzo il minimal di tutti i nuovi locali, qui ho amato da subito il legno massiccio degli arredi, le luci, l'esposizione sulla valle. Mi hanno dato un tavolo vicino alla finestra e non smettevo di guardarci attraverso, panorama bellissimo. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza, siamo una di quelle insopportabili famiglie che si creano il giro pizza da sole, tutte quelle assaggiate erano una delizia, impasto leggero, non molliccio ma neppure biscottato. Guarnitura generosa, saporita con ingredienti di qualità. Facile fare le pizze buone, così! Ho visto portare anche piatti della cucina dall'aspetto invitante e le porzioni generose, ma non ho assaggiato, quindi non mi esprimo. Ma tornerò a provare anche quelle. Il proprietario estremamente gentile e disposto a scambiare quelle due chiacchiere che tolgono dall'anonimato senza sforare nell'invadenza. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio.
